This charming 115 sq. m flat is located on the ground floor and includes :

The apartment is located in a living area, very appreciated by parisians, and is extremely well deserved. Beautiful stay in the Marais

We had a wonderful time in the Marais. The apartment was great. We felt safe. There is a great food market half a block away where you can buy cheese, meats, fresh produce to bring back to the flat or you can get prepared foods to eat there. It was hopping when we went. There was a patisserie around the corner. It was peaceful at night. I think they had recently remodeled the bathrooms they looked brand new. No complaints.

Marais Retreat

Limited options for a late booking in Le Marais and took a chance with a single VRBO review. All communications were excellent. The apartment was immaculate, well represented in the photos and the beds were comfy. There were 6 of us and it worked really well. Limited wifi in the bedrooms but you are in Paris so suck it up. The apartment had everything that we needed. Great area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

Scam!!

Terrible experience with this VRBO. Never had a bad experience until now. The location is NOT a great area, homeless people outside of this compound. The communication with property manager was also terrible. He didn't communicate within the VRBO only on WhatsApp. Not until we called several numbers and after multiple hours did we then get connected with the property manager. The pictures DO NOT do this place justice in a bad way. The bathrooms were so small barely one person could fit in. No lock on the entrance door. Overall, unsafe, not responsive and misinformation posted!

The location was great, there are many restaurants and markets nearby. Jeremie the concierge was responsive and offered us an early check in. The apartment itself looked good, but there were some major and minor inconveniences that could have been fixed during our stay. Wifi did not work in the main area upstairs as the router is downstairs hidden behind the staircase. This was noted several times during our stay without any solution. There are only 2 sets of keys for a 4 bedroom/8 person apartment. And the main door can only be opened from the inside with a key. So if someone leaves with the key, you can be locked inside. This was a major inconvenience until they put a lockbox outside. This was also mentioned without much of a solution. We had to coordinate and figure it out ourselves. One of the main bathrooms shower drain did not drain properly, but this was fixed. One of the main bedrooms floor is warping quite bad. The light at the entrance to the apartment is very dim and needs to be replaced. Can be tricky and need to use a flashlight to open the lockbox and entry door. Bedsheets were not 'hotel quality' as it is stated. It's literally one standard sheet on the mattress. Not sure if this would be sanitary after multiple guests stay. We asked for a few more towels since we were staying almost two weeks. Extra charge These issues could be easily repaired to upgrade the apartment for future guests. Honestly would not recommend until these issues are resolved.

Amazing location, safe, cute home

Went for a girls trip and loved out stay here! Location was super convenient and we enjoyed the night life down the road. This street and building was very quiet. The concierge was very prompt in meeting us for check in and check out. Rooms were clean and well decorated! Only heads up I would share for folks who like details - no central air, but one fan is provided. Opening the windows was enough for our group, though the lofted bedroom was warmer. - one bedroom has a skylight and is extremely bright and no way to dim. Neither were dealbreakers. Had such a great stay here, would recommend 😊
