This comfortable 45 m² flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building without lift. It comprises :
- a beautiful living room with a dining and sitting area,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
- a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and desk area,
- bathroom with bath, separate WC,
- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities,
- Wi-Fi, TV.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €22
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: €44

## Neighborhood

In the 16th arrondissement of Paris, you will find many local shops or dining options. From a typical Parisian café to an international or high-end restaurant, the choice is yours. Head west to the Bois de Boulogne, home to the Jardin d'Acclimatation and the Louis Vuitton Foundation. To the east, you can admire the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero after a short fifteen-minute walk. Do not hesitate to stop at the Musée de l'Homme or the Girafe restaurant for an exceptional experience. Line 9 of the metro will take you to Rolland Garros or the Stade des Princes in less than 30 minutes. You can also easily reach the Champs Élysées, the Palais Garnier and the Marais district.
