Entire and private accommodation, comfortable and functional to accommodate up to 4 people with 2 double beds on the mezzanine. 
Very attractive price for families and groups. 
On the edge of Batignolles, a lively district with its many bars / restaurants and delicatessens. 
Martin Luther King Park, with its children's facilities and skate park, is a 4-5 minute walk away. 
Brochant metro station on line 13. 4 stops from Saint Lazare station (around 10 minutes), from where you can walk to the Department Stores (Galeries Lafayette and Printemps) and the Opéra Garnier in a few minutes. .And 6 stops from the Champs-Elysées-Clémenceau station (about 15 minutes), where you will find in addition to the avenue de Champs-Elysées, the Grand and the Petit Palais, as well as the Palais de la Découverte.

Property needs major renovation
Location is convenient for access to the bus and metro stops. Small grocery and bakery nearby. But apartment is not in good condition. Tiles are broken in shower, plumbing pipes are exposed, and second exit door was locked with no key.

apartment in need of renovation
The apartments are in poor condition and require renovation. Dirty and noisy inside. You have to sleep upstairs under the sewer pipes and drains, which is strange and unpleasant.

Instructions pour l’arrivée non données il a fallu les réclamer. Informations pour récupérer les clés erronées. Le logement est sale, mal entretenu et nécessiterait un rafraîchissement. Photo de l’annonce inexacte. Bref, un seul conseil : passez votre chemin !

L'appartement est correct : il est propre et correspond bien a sa description. Un grand merci à l'hôte qui a été très aimable et très réactif à nos demandes. En effet il nous a arrangés sur les horaires et m'a toujours repondu en moins de 10 minutes. On reviendra surement avec plaisir!
