There's a lot to improve on to this hotel, far from what we are expecting for. Everything has a price first. Once your'e in the room the space and condition is not what you see in the picture. Just the bed, no phone (you have to get down if u want to see & talk to reception) floor. Side wall needs attention dirty! No small fridge, no electric kettle, no coffeemaker which is the most basic you can find in most hotel everything is downstairs, with the extra fee. Their bathtowel is kid size and goodluck for shower area..never again! Can't imagine the size not suitable all ages. Glad only stayed 2 days before our flight. Shock and disbelief is over the roof.

The staff was really nice, however the check-in was a bit slow. The room didn't smell "clean", and after 2 hrs we checked in, it started to smell to cigarrette smoke (probably thought the vents).

It was ok. But staff named Selim was being cheeky. Check in time was 2pm we approached them tired and asked that we wait for 10mins after 10 mins we went back and he said we shld wait more we asked how long more as we were tired and he snapped that we can cancel our booking if we cant wait. That wasnt too good

Was disappointed when i went to reception to ask how we could get some ice and told no ice, this is a 2 star hotel. Yes obviously, that's a 2 star 🌟 service and room condition. Small room, ac inside the room started flooding the floor, room is stuffy, bathroom very small with high climbing tub. The 2 twin beds are located upstairs accessible by a steepy stirs unsafe for kids and tight for adults. Definitely not a place for family, no room to turn or sit. Had to cancel our stay to do early check out next day for 4 star hotel with so much space and kitchenette. If you're looking for a 2 star 🌟 facility, then you're good.

After staying at the B&B Hotel in Geneva, we were disappointed by this one. We expected something similar, but it was dirty, crowded and even the shuttle service was bad. One of the two lifts were not working so it was even hard to get to and from our room on the 5th Floor. Not enough airport shuttles and too many people. Had to take our own taxi to the airport to be on time.
