Everything was as described and the host is super kind and helpful! The area is quiet and I felt safe, easy to get to touristy spots! A few places to eat and grocery stores and some bakeries near by. I stayed here because it was close to the Accor Arena, it was very easy to get there. I had a comfortable stay.
