Charming 1 bd apartment with AC, WiFi in phenomenal Paris

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a very nice building which has an elevator.
The unit sleeps up to four adults comfortably and has a lovely view to flowered gardens. There is a very comfortable new queen size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
It is the perfect place to wind down after a day of sightseeing, with a soft mattress and luscious bedsheets and pillows. The property is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops and more. There is a grocery stores within walking distance, called Monoprix.

It comes equipped with portable AC, a washer and a dryer, as well as all other necessary appliances, a hair dryer, towels, linens. The apartment has central heating, but we also offer space heaters during the winter months to those who prefer to be extra warm.
Once inside the property, you will find a guidebook with instructions for taking the metro to recommendations of some of our favorite restaurants to dine in.

From the airport, to get to the building, you have several options:

- You could take the Air France nonstop shuttle bus service from Orly or CDG to the Place Charles de Gaulle/Etoile.
They run every 30 minutes and the travel time is about an hour.
From there, you only have a 5 to 7 minutes walk down the Champs Elysees avenue to get to the building.
- You could take a regular taxi right outside the terminal. Just make sure you get into one waiting in line.

Upon arrival at the property, you will be met by either myself, or my assistant.
We will be there to hand you the keys and answer any questions you may have.

Most major tourist attractions are within walking distance.
The Louvre, the Arc of Triumph and the Eiffel Tower are just a short distance away.
You will also find the Georges V metro station a block from the building and taxis are readily available all around.

The building has 24 hour security and is ideally located right off the Champs Elysees Avenue.
Basically, in a very central, safe and wonderful location.
