Welcome to our charming studio in the Heart of the Marais
We are delighted to present to you our one-bedroom, 22 m2 apartment, extremely well located just a few meters from the famous Place des Vosges, its shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural venues. Nestled in a typically Parisian building, our apartment will immerse you in the heart of Parisian life and offer you easy access to many tourist sites. Friendly, modern, bright, and fully equipped, my accommodation is ideal for a successful stay as a couple or solo

Characteristics of the Apartment:
• Located on the 5th floor with elevator (4th floor by elevator and the 5th by staircase)
• 1 living space composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, 1 small dining area with table and chair for 2 people, and 1 fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, 2-burner hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
• Television and Wi-Fi connection
• 1 complete bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper to ensure your apartment is spotless when you arrive.

Going up Rue Vieille du Temple, you can discover the Couvert des Enfants Rouges market, an authentic destination popular with Parisians for lunch or a stroll.
Falafel lovers will be delighted to taste the best in Paris on rue des Rosiers, notably at the famous "As du Falafel". For fashion enthusiasts, the Marais is full of fashion and accessories boutiques, making it one of the best areas for shopping in Paris. You will also be close to cultural places such as the Picasso Museum and the Carnavalet Museum.
