## Logement
Located on the 1st floor with no elevator, this charming studio has high ceilings and includes:

* a sleeping area with a sofa bed;
* another sleeping area with a 160x200 double bed;
* a fully equipped kitchen;
* a functional shower room;
* a comfortable living area where you can relax after a day of exploring.

Please note that the mezzanine area at the top of the stairs is not accessible.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and beautiful natural light.

Everything you need for a great stay will be at your disposal, including: Wi-Fi, oven, refrigerator, hairdryer, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location:

* In a small building on a quiet street.
* A 6-minute walk from Montmartre and 2 minutes from the steps leading up to it.
* Close to a Vélib station, 2 minutes away, and metro line 4, 4 minutes away, as well as line 12, 6 minutes on foot.
* Near many food shops, some of which offer local products.

Located in a very lively neighborhood, the restaurants behind Montmartre are well worth a visit. Take a walk around Montmartre, visit Parc de la Villette, and enjoy the many brunch spots the area has to offer. You can also go to the Théâtre des Béliers.

You can also visit the market on Rue Ordener, after having a coffee at Café Dose.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:

* the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Montmartre, a 7-minute walk away;
* the Palais Garnier and Place de la Concorde, 23 minutes by metro;
* Notre-Dame Cathedral, 24 minutes away;

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is located north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. The latter is one of the highest hilltops in Paris and the view from the top is worth the trip. The church of the Sacré-Coeur, Bastion of the Commune in the nineteenth century, Montmartre then became the neighborhood of many artists such as Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic islands with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. The Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many very nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.
