The sweeping Place de la Concorde, a short walk from the apartment, is the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee before heading off on an odyssey through the City of Light. From this picturesque square, you can head southeast into the captivating Jardin des Tuileries, strolling through the fragrant gardens, before wandering across to the Louvre. Or head northwest to immerse yourself in the haute couture of the Champs-Élysées, before ducking into one of the avenue’s famous lunch spots. Élysée Collection V offers a quiet retreat from the thrum of the capital. The open-plan living space retains a sense of warmth and intimacy with its earthy colour palette, rich textures, and soft ambient lighting. Get inspired by your culinary adventures in the marble-accented kitchen, while you relax on the plush sofa and watch a movie until supper is ready. There’s a cosy dining nook in the kitchen with a cushioned bench, just right for unhurried meals over a bottle of wine. The home’s beautifully presented bedroom offers ample wardrobe space for all your new purchases, along with a floor-to-ceiling mirror to let you admire them. Climb into the sumptuous king-size bed, where a statement headboard offers bespoke lighting for reading sessions before you drift off to sleep. The bathroom features a spa-style design with bold marble accents, including twin vanity sinks and a waterfall shower. Two further guests can be accommodated on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making Élysée Collection V the perfect choice for small families. Though there is a wealth of cultural attractions and boutique shopping on your doorstep, you can also explore the rest of the city with ease, thanks to the Miromesnil Metro station being just moments away.

- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children. While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information. This home has air conditioning in the bedroom, sitting room and kitchen area. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units. The heating will be turned on from October to May, and the air conditioning will be used from May to October. The AC will be out of use from October to May. The heating will be out of use from May to October. Please note that both cannot be used at the same time. This home is on the second floor with elevator access. The capacity of the hot water tank is limited ( 120L size ) which represent 2 showers approximatively. Then you need to wait 1h30 to refill it. Please note that the televisions provide access to terrestrial channels only and do not include smart TV features. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. There is currently some construction in the building as one new Élysée Collection home is finished off, work is scheduled to end in February 2025. Works will be carried out on weekdays and occasional weekend days but will be done in a way to limit impact to other residents.
