The staff was very friendly. The lobby had an odd smell that was overpowering to me. The tube station across the street was under construction so our plans to travel into the city easily were hindered and we ended up spending way more to Uber everywhere.

I booked this place based on good reviews and pictures, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was a major issue; the carpets in the room were very dirty with green spots all over—I'm not sure if it was mold or just stains, but it was quite off-putting. The smell in the apartment was also very strong and unpleasant. Additionally, the area felt unsafe, especially for families with kids. The entire place was filthy and old in a bad way, and the bathroom was extremely small. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I really liked staying in La Defense. It is an easy ride on the metro to get anywhere you want and it is a bit out of the hustle and bustle.

Great stay, spacious room.

Staff were very friendly, helpful. Large bedroom and bedding very comfortable. The only comment was I had my do not disturb on and left. When I came back, the sign was offf my door and the bed had been made. The odd thing is the cleaning staff didn’t do anything else - my coffee wasn’t refilled, towels not adjusted - confused why housekeeping would come in when it shows on my door not to and then once inside only make my bed? Odd. Great location if you are doing business in La defense. So close to the metro line which was helpful to get into the city centre and airport.

The place is outdated and behind the hotel everything is empty with graffiti all over. Paris is mostly unsafe city with a lot of crime. We would not recommend this place .
