The hotel is very convenient to the transportation. The second day of our stay after our walk around the city we came back in the hotel but unforunately we can't open the door, Nice of it is that, the on duty front desk guy gave us a new room( kuddos to him)worst part was we slept with our dirty clothes

When we arrived the man at the front desk asked for my family name, I gave him my first name not knowing exactly what he needed. It took a couple seconds for us to figure it out and when he we did finally he very obviously rolled his eyes.. after being informed that we needed to leave the room key at reception (which we are not used to in any country we have visited so far) I was hesitant to say I understood and he gave us a bit of attitude in telling us it was management rules (which is fine we just didn’t know) so I then asked for him to explain that rule for clarification for us and he responded again with attitude saying that we are travelling and don’t know the rules of different countries (we were in France 4 days prior and didn’t have this policy) aside from that, the room walls and floors were covered in stains, the doors to the bathtub and sink room and closet didn’t close properly and overall did not give the feeling of a clean room. Also the walls are very thin and there was no safe or lock box in the room to keep valuables. I would definitely NOT stay here again. The only nice thing was being so close to the metro station.

These hotel is terrible, the rooms are extremelly small, we order a king bed and it wasnt even queen. The smell inside the room was terrible, we complaint about it on multiple times and asked for another room and they just said we are fully booked. Not even sorry, or let me see how can help, nothing! The people at the counter are very bad mannered they dont reply back a good morning or good nigth. This by far my worst stay ever

In the family room there is no shower. Only a tub. They claim there is a shower because there is a shower head in the tub not on the wall. Manager of property was not friendly and unwilling to work with us on switching rooms. We even offered to purchase 2 standard rooms if they would refund the family room. Manager didn’t respond.

I had a generally good stay at this hotel, but there were a few things to note. The room I booked was meant for three people, and the photos online showed two separate rooms with beds, which was quite misleading. In reality, I was given a small room with one double bed and one single bed all in the same space. I would definitely recommend checking directly with the hotel before booking to confirm exactly what you’re getting. The hotel itself looks quite nice in the photos, but it does appear older in person. That said, the room was clean and comfortable, and I still enjoyed my stay overall.

The hotel is loud, dirty, furnitures falling apart, insects in the bathroom, mold in the refrigerator, it’s just a terrible place to stay, they won’t see me again.
