Worst hotel ever
Worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in. Room was tiny, no lifts, stairs up to 5th floor were exhausting to climb. Bathroom was appalling,dirty cracked tiles, no screen / curtain in shower. Asked for fresh towels and toilet paper which we received 24 hours after requested. Overall cleanliness was terrible. Best thing about the place was locality, will not recommend or return

Nightmare in Paris
I don’t even know why Hotels.com advertise an hotel like this. The building is so old, 6 floors and no elevator. Bed internet connection, filthy dirty, electric cable can probably catch fire any second. Bedroom: old carpets full of dirt covering an unleveled flooring, no a/c just a little old fan, dust from the 1950 everywhere, the lights above the bed were being held together by paper clips, spiderwebs in every corner and spider bites on our feet as soon as we walked in, no tv; we had to cover ourselves with towels cos the cover of the bed was the only thing separating us from the mattress (which we had no courage to check it out). Bathroom: The sink is clogged, the tiles are extremely dirty, the window is sealed with paint covered in mould as well as the ceiling, the shower curtain totally ripped hanging by a thread, dangerous bathtub high and slippery, missing handle (actually broken) on the inside bathroom door. This hotel is not only disgusting to be in but it is also a safety hazard for anyone who stays there.

Good budget option in St. Germain area
Lovely view of the street, which was great during the day and a little noisy at night. But for the price, it was still a steal, and the location is convenient. Also close to St. Germain pool, which is nice on a hot day.

Customer service re booking mistake was very poor.
Mistake in booking and have had hell trying to get a refund even for part of the stay (was a booking for 3 nights so about $600). Can’t comment on a stay but customer service has been a nightmare. You call and they say they don’t speak English, so I went to the hotel and they did and said there was nothing they could do, no offer to speak to manager or even try and help despite the fact they eluded they had filled the room with another guest. overall very dissatisfied with the customer service and left a sour taste of our stay in Paris

The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, close to Notre Dame and the Seine. The room is very small and basic—no frills, no headboard, soap for the sink but not for the shower, no shelves in bathroom for toiletries, no decor but clean beds. It was fine for us as we prefer to site see versus staying in our hotel room.
