Very comfortable stay. The front desk and cleaning staff were so friendly and were so welcoming. Comfortable beds with plenty pillows. Really nice bathroom. Breakfast was good but i wish there was a little more variety throughout the week. Pool and Jacuzzi area were clean. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

To ANDRE and SAMI, thank you for being professional and kind. This hotel is centrally located, the staff is phenomenal, and the amenities are great. A thought for the ladies from Tibet, I do not remember their names, but they were top notch. Great location for the money and excellent quality. Being from New York City, a Writer, and an avid Traveller, I appreciate kindness and excellence, this hotel provided everything

Hotel was overall really good. Downsides were the gym which wasnt so much a gym and the bathroom was extremely small. Ive you're over 6ft you will struggle, so my advice would be to book a bigger room than the classic.

The hotel is amazing and in a lovely local area with nice food places and transport links surrounding it. The room was a bit small but met my needs. Staff very friendly and helpful and always willing to accommodate my needs. The breakfast is really lovely with much choice available. The spa facilities are very good and area is clean. Overall a lovely place to stay with excellent facilities and services. Thanks to Kavita, Andre, Sam, and Abdulie.

The rooms are really tiny for a double bed, but apparently, the classic rooms are that way. The staff were unfriendly, but knowing they are French, it is normal for them. The breakfast it was poor.

Thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities but the swimming pool was a bit cold to swim in. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good especially being able to squeeze my own fresh orange juice.

We stayed for the Linkin Park concert at Stade de France, and they had a LP playlist on when everyone was checking in on the Friday. What a great idea! Only think I would say is that access to the pool is very inconvenient. They limit it to 10 guests per hour, but whenever we went there were max 2 people. Most people just took a quick 10 min dip, so it was often empty even when they had reached the max. Not a good system.

Great hotel, lovely staff

Room was compact but comfy. Breakfast was lovely. Pool, sauna, hot tub and gym were great, only thing I’d say maybe smaller weights in gym.. there was only 17.5kg but that’s being really picky! Staff really polite, friendly, funny and accommodating. Id stay again in a heartbeat

Bobby and I stayed at this hotel for a week in late July to watch the Tour de France. It was wonderful being just outside central Paris—quiet, yet only a 10-minute walk to the metro, with a bus stop right outside. The reception area was cozy, and we were warmly welcomed by Kavita, who truly made our stay special. She always greeted us with a smile, engaged in conversation, and even upgraded our room on day one for free! Daniel, also at reception, was fantastic—cracking jokes, helping us plan our days, and recommending the lovely La Crémaillère 1900 restaurant. Both Kavita and Daniel greeted us daily, asked how we were, and made us feel so at home. All reception staff were friendly, but those two really stood out. The facilities were great—we were surprised it was only 3 stars! The pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym made it very relaxing. The bar and breakfast area were cozy, with sofas, a TV, and even a foosball table. Our room was comfortable with a nice view and strong shower pressure. Only minor wish: English breakfast tea and subtitles on the TV. All in all, we’d absolutely stay again and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris—especially if Kavita and Daniel are still there!

This property is not a 3 star hotel. It is a 4 star hotel. It is an hidden gem. Staff are very approachable, welcoming and helpful. Food and service is fantastic. Amenities including the lift worked well in the time I spent there. Pool is fantastic and the Jacuzzi is one of the largest I have seen and believe me I have been around the world. Hotel is quite central with 8 minutes walk to the St Ouen station. Restaurant, shop and food options is excellent. Only the Gym equipment needs to be serviced and more. This a very safe and luxurious Hotel and I will go back again.

Pretty nice area, not the fanciest but it works! Room was nice and comfortable. No fridge in the room so if you expect to keep something fresh/cold, don’t bring it to the room - staff also don’t like leaving it in their fridge. We came to Paris to see Versailles and glad we did it! Just be prepared the public transport isn’t all that easy to use getting there. We struggled for awhile trying to buy a train ticket and no everyone around is friendly to help. Other than that we had kind staff at the hotel :)
