The property is very dated when comparing it against standard hotels in the United States. Example would be to expect a Best Western not a Hilton Embassy. The staff, especially Dennis is absolutely wonderful and will do anything to make your stay amazing. Location is the best if you want to experience great crowds and exciting nightlife. Located by the hop on hop off bus, boat, train or just Uber.

It was great! Very short distance from Notre-Dame and Saint Chapelle. Many shops and restaurants in the area! As a solo female traveler I felt safe.

From the beginning of our trip until the end, Denis on reception was so very helpful and an asset to the hotel. Upon arrival he organised prosecco, chocolates and balloons in our room as we were celebrating my daughter’s graduation. Nothing was too much trouble for him, giving advice and booking tables at restaurants for us. Really lovely man who spoke great English too.

Dennis, at the front desk was so friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were very clean and well accommodated. Don’t worry about it.

Great location in easy walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Good access to Metro and bus routes. Staff very helpful. Only negative is the lift which as others have mentioned is about the size of a coffin! Didn’t really impact us as we were on second floor and when we checked in our luggage was delivered to our room. Overall a really good experience.

Good hotel for the area and price. Friendly and very helpful staff. Plenty of dining options within walking distance to this hotel, the neighborhood felt very safe, and easy access to metro.

This was the perfect location in a very clean, comfortable room! Access to the underground and buses were within less than 5 minute walks. The staff were lovely - specifically Dennis at the front desk and Slavika who creates a lovely Paris breakfast to start the day!! The cafes and shops and overall neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We will look forward to our return!

Check-in was turbulent, but management addressed the situation satisfactorily. Nice, charming room; appreciated the air-conditioning; elevator was small by American standards but to-be-expected in Paris; bathroom was also small by American standards but large for Paris; spectacular location in Saint Michel; loud outside Saturday night during a music festival, but otherwise quiet; love the Latin Quarter location.

This Hotel is very well located to the Metro and RER train. It is a small and well maintained property and has excellent staff and facilities. I will stay here next time I come to Paris.
