Friendly staff and overall good value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated. It was suitable for my needs, travelling alone and staying in the area. Séverine (owner?) was very friendly and attentive. I also like that the hotel is not belonging a chain. The area is lovely. I would stay there again.

Small and friendly hotel to be near family.

Unfortunately, We got off to a bad start. No one on reception when we arrived. Travelled from U.K. Cold and tired . reception closed. Stated quite clearly on door opening times. 14.30 afternoon. After numerous phone calls to a mobile. Severine finally arrived at 16.00 and made no attempt to apologise. Given room 5 which proved to be simply awful. Dark, grubby walls and mouldy depressing shower. Asked for better room and was told none available. We could take a better room for one night but must return to room 5 the following day. Severine was very unhelpful. When we said we would leave and go somewhere else, she said we would be charged in full for 3 nights !!!! As we proceeded to take our luggage back to the car, Kelly arrived to take over and Severine left. Once we explained to Kelly our predicament, she gave us room 8 to view and said it was available for the 3 nights that we requested ??? We were confused that this room wasn't offered by Severine. The room was still small, but much brighter, cleaner and less depressing. A lovely view of the church opposite. We gladly took the room and enjoyed 3 nights with petit déjeuner. All was fine. Kelly saved the weekend. Severine made no attempt to help with our situation. Well done Kelly. You made our stay very enjoyable.

Good hotel

Good hotel, nice experience. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel is in a nice suburban location, not too far from the Metro station (RER A). There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close by, but there isn't much to do in the area. Great if you want somewhere peaceful outside of the city.

Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel mais l'établissement a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. Les équipement sont médiocres et la chambre est légèrement humide et sombre. J'ai tout de même passé un bon séjour et j'y reviens sans hésiter car proche du centre ville et ses restaurants, prix des chambres abordables, et services professionnels.

Grosse déception. Hôtel qui ne mérite pas son prix ni ses étoiles ! Nous avons certes été surclassé sans surcoût car nous étions avec notre fils et que la chambre simple était trop petite pour permettre un lit bébé mais la chambre était sale (toiles d’araignées dans tous les coins, mites et poisson d’argent dans la salle de bain, lavabo bouché …), il n’y avait pas de lit bébé disponible, pas de Clim dans la chambre, prises au mur totalement abîmées… En résumé chambre ni propre ni sécure. Hôtel qui n’a rien d’un 3etoiles
