Like a tired Travelodge

Paid €240 for room only (in annex away from the pretty building in the photo) which was quite basic, in tired condition. Balcony had no table or chairs and despite requesting a non smoking room, room smelt like someone had smoking. Location is very pleasant just off the river but not particularly good value for money.

In general all went well and a very relaxing place. Things to improve: this is a good place also used for business travelers . Having issues to have an ironing board and an Iron for more than one day is really something that is not costly and can be addressed .

Below average for the price

Cold shower. Nothing worse. Reported at reception only to be told I should have rung as maybe they could have done something (turned the temp up?!) which I didn’t appreciate because 1. I’m not an idiot and know how to operate a shower 2. How should I have called them up when I am in the shower?! Plus, I have work to get to and the shower was just falling apart so nothing that can be fixed today!

Service et prestations trĂšs en dessous des attentes pour un 4 Ă©toiles : Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, pas d'indication concernant le petit dĂ©jeuner, le wifi, le fonctionnement de la piscine/spa. Minimal syndical pour l'accueil du petit dĂ©jeuner : vous ĂȘtes 3, vous avez besoin de 2 tables : je vous regarde rapprocher les tables, mais je n'interviens pas. Besoin d'une cuillĂšre ? Je te dis oĂč la trouver, mais je ne le fais pas pour toi. 3Ăšme couchage : un lit pliant d'1m60 avec un matelas (si on peut appeler ça comme ça) de 5cm d'Ă©paisseur. Nous voyagions avec un ado de 17 ans (Ăąge bien indiquĂ© Ă  la rĂ©servation). Dans la chambre, pas d'Ă©clairage de l'entrĂ©e, mĂȘme en retirant le sparadrap qui masque le dĂ©tecteur de mouvement. Pourtant les ampoules sont lĂ . LumiĂšre bleue toute la nuit qui Ă©claire toute la chambre. La poignĂ©e de porte pour accĂ©der au balcon cassĂ©e : nous l'avons immĂ©diatement signalĂ©, mais personne n'est jamais venu rĂ©parer. Fauteuil tĂąchĂ©. Shampoing vide, pas rechargĂ©. Petite boite carton que nous avions jetĂ©e Ă  la poubelle ressortie par personnel de mĂ©nage.

The overall condition of the hotel was not bad, but I think it was expensive compared to its size and condition. I couldn't use it because I was busy, but I may have had a ticket to use the SPA for one per 1 night, but since there was no information about it, I thought it was only available to those who asked (I have complaints about the overall service). And I used the hotel restaurant one day, and the steak was the worst. I had high expectations because of the price and the highlighted text, but the condition was close to the worst steak I've ever had.

Un séjour reposant

J’avais besoin de me reposer aprĂšs mon accouchement et j ai sĂ©journĂ© deux nuits avec ma grande dans cet hĂŽtel . La Literie est vraiment bien ( et j ai de gros problĂšmes de dos et cervicales ) , le personnel est extrĂȘmement accueillant et serviable . Le seul bĂ©mol est le room service qui consiste en des bocaux sous vide rĂ©chauffĂ©s mais cela n a en rien entache notre sĂ©jour un peu trop court Ă  notre goĂ»t , nous y retournerons volontiers quand les beaux jours pointeront car le jardin et les terrasses sont vraiment agrĂ©ables . Le Gros plus c est quand mĂȘme la Piscine chauffĂ©e et le jacuzzi. La PropretĂ© de l hĂŽtel est apprĂ©ciable .
