The apartment location is outstanding. The metro access perfect, and if you want to walk it is equally as brilliant. The apartment itself is ideal French living. This is the place!

We stayed a week in this apartment and found it very much to our needs. The view on Notre dame was excellent and the metro is steps away. Our only negative comments are that the furniture could use some updating and the elevator starts on the second floor. I recommend this property it is a good value.

PERFECT LOCATION

The Hotel de Ville metro station is a stone's throw from the street entrance placing all of Paris within 30-40 minutes travel time. The Place de l'Hotel de Ville just across rue de Rivoli provides iconic vistas of 19th century Paris from the apartment windows. The apartment itself is lovely and well equipped providing the tenant with the option of do-it-yourself espresso.
