This charming and bright 70M2 art studio, is fully air conditioned. It adjoins the Jardin des Plantes, with beautiful views of the rooftops and gardens, the Pantheon, and the Eiffel Tower.
It is located in the 5th arrondissement, one of the popular neighborhoods in Paris, a short walk from the Latin Quarter and Notre-Dame.

The living space offers an area of 40 m2 with a very nice ceiling height of 4m.
The apartment has a large library and its walls are covered with artwork.
A leather sofa as well as an imposing and very comfortable designer armchair will offer you the opportunity to relax after a long day of walking.
The solid wooden floors and green plants scattered there and are conducive to creating a serene atmosphere that will allow you to relax while cooking or listening to good music; and of course on the 2 balconies await you to have breakfast, drink, or sunbath on a deckchair.
The large lounge coffee table turns into a real dining table.
The open space makes it easy to get around from the kitchen to the lounge and dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an induction hob, two refrigerators (one with freezer compartment), as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and utensils: everything is at your disposal to cook and serve a delicious meal with friends or family. Tablecloths and kitchen towels are provided. We do not serve breakfast, but you will find coffee, sugar, spices, pasta, olive oil and even fresh herbs so that you immediately feel at home.
No need to bring any extra clothes! A washer dryer is available if required. Bath towels as well as sheets are provided.
The three bedrooms can accommodate 5 people.
The master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed and TV. The second bedroom (accessible via a narrow staircase) has a queen-size double bed (which can also be reduced to a single bed). The third bedroom includes a single bed and a small office. This bed is retractable, if you don't use it, the bedroom becomes a lovely workspace.
The bathroom is equipped with a large bath in a walk in shower as well as 2 sinks.
Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, electric towel dryer, and a steamer . There is a separate toilet. Toilet paper is provided.
The newly renovated apartment is fully air-conditioned (with mobile devices) for your comfort during the summer months.

The bathroom includes a huge bathtub, a walk-in shower and 2 washbasins. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and an electric drying rack. Separate toilet. Towels, bedlinen, tablecloths, and kitchen towels are provided, as well as a steem iron.A baby cot and high chair are provided if you are traveling with a baby. The recently renovated flat is fully air-conditioned (with mobile devices) for your comfort during summer months.

You have access to the entire apartment.

The TV is in the master bedroom. In the living room we installed a very good system to play music through Bluetooth.

Our apartment has amazing views of Paris from two balconies on the 7th floor. We leave safety devices to protect balcony doors, but not balconies per se.
The staircase to the mezzanine is narrow and protected by a ramp. A staircase, however, remains a staircase...

We have lots of glass surfaces that create a very beautiful design but remain fragile and can, if damaged, present a danger to your little ones.

We also have a piano that we kindly ask you not to use or put anything on it, it is very valuable to us!
