This room also features a study area with a desk and a chair as well as a dining table for two, and the space is decorated with lovely pieces of artwork. The small balcony can be accessed from here and is perfect for meals al fresco as it’s fitted with a small table and 2 chairs. The balcony offers an impressive view of Paris and its monuments, including the Eiffel Tower, Sacré Coeur, Garnier Opera and Arc de Triomphe.

The kitchen is located next to the living room and offers all the amenities necessary, such as a small induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
