A protected fragment of Philippe Auguste's medieval city wall is incorporated directly into the apartment. Nearby once stood the former Porte Bordet, one of the gateways through the fortifications of medieval Paris.
Ancient stone and dark timber beams meet a carefully renovated contemporary interior, creating a space with a character that could only belong to Paris.
Set back from the street and reached by a short staircase, the studio opens directly onto its own private terrace. Surrounded by a lush green backdrop and hidden from the street, it feels like a small outdoor room in the middle of the city.

The studio is ideal for a couple or solo traveler. A third guest can sleep on the convertible sofa, which is fitted with a proper mattress rather than a simple fold-out cushion.

Rue Mouffetard, the Panthéon and the Roman-era Arènes de Lutèce are only minutes away. Notre-Dame, the Seine, Luxembourg Gardens and Saint-Germain-des-Prés are also easily reached on foot.
Cardinal Lemoine and Place Monge metro stations are nearby, while the RER B from Luxembourg provides a direct connection to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
