Enviably located in Paris's action-packed 15th, you'll be a twenty-minute stroll from a host of jewels in the city's crown, including the Champ de Mars, the Musée Rodin and, of course, the Eiffel Tower.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Wall-to-wall glass doors onto the balcony allow this room to go big on light and space. The kitchen blends in perfectly with swish fittings and a couple of spots to enjoy a bite to eat. Behind is a cushy living area, where, if the weather persuades you to cosy up indoors, you can enjoy the view from the comfort of the sofa. As soon as the sun comes out though, we'd recommend trading in the sofa for the balcony...
