During your stay, you will enjoy a spacious and comfortable private area within my home, in the heart of Paris.

Located on the 3rd floor of a secure building, without an elevator, this space offers generous volumes, pleasant natural light and an ideal layout to accommodate up to 8 guests.

You will have access to a living area with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining space, perfect for sharing a convivial moment after a day exploring the capital.

The sleeping area includes three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has its own private bathroom with toilet. The third bedroom also offers a double bed, as well as a private jacuzzi for a true moment of relaxation, with adjoining toilets for added comfort.

You will also have access to two bathrooms with showers, a hairdryer and welcome products, as well as three toilets in total.

For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher and an iron. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.

Please note: the accommodation is located in a building without an elevator and is accessible via a typical spiral staircase. This should be taken into consideration if you are travelling with large luggage or a stroller.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and I handle the cleaning myself.

This is a part of my apartment that I'm renting to you, where you'll have complete privacy.

I am renting out part of my apartment to you and will welcome you personally upon your arrival, handing you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m.

To ensure your arrival goes as smoothly as possible, please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are not possible, unless prior special arrangements have been made.

I welcome you to my home, in my apartment, as part of a bed-and-breakfast. Part of the apartment serves as my primary residence, and you will have your own private space during your stay.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed.
-The apartment is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
