LIVING & DINING AREA
Walk into the living space and be enveloped in light and a feeling of comfort. A floor-to-ceiling bookcase with accents of midnight blue set the tone, with mirroring blue cushions atop the cosy sofas. Immediately adjacent stands the dining table, a spacious anchor point for entertainment and formal dining with access to the balcony from here.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is resplendent in sophisticated and unadorned simplicity, its white cabinetry drinking in the natural light from the windows opposite. Sand-coloured tiling brings a pop of vibrancy, rounding out a chic space that provides all the amenities required for a discerning cook.
