Enjoyable stay
The apartment is well equipped with all you need to stay and make yourself some meals if you want to. The area of Les Lilas is filled with variety of shops, bars and restaurants that people that live in the neighborhood frequent. Metro line 11, tram and buses are just short walk away. I would consider staying in this place again when visiting Paris

Great host and metro access
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic and the host was responsive and accommodated a last minute booking. The apartment was a bit tight for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but we loved that it was a quick metro ride to the center of Paris. Would recommend.

Well-situated apartment
We were a family of 4, with two children. The apt was perfect for resting after a full day, and making breakfast in the morning. The place was clean, checkin was flawless, and communication was very quick when we had questions. We particularly appreciated that the apt is located 5 min walk from the metro, with a 24 hour grocery store close by, and a bakery for fresh bread in the morning. We are happy to recommend this apt.

After getting to the right address (there are two streets named Rue du progres) by using also the house number with Google maps, entering the appartment was quite easy due to a good description and support by the owner. The appartement is small but it is ok for two persons and a short stay. With 5 minutes walking to a supermarket and a patisserie, and 10 minutes to the next metro station, the appartment is located quite good. The metro took about 20 minutes to the centre, so it was a good idea to leave the car at home and go there by train.

El dueño jamás se presentó para abrir la vivienda, nos hizo pasar mucho trabajo a mi y a mi familia, gracias a dios hay garantías y el equipo de atención al cliente me logro resolver otro alojamiento, un señor muy irresponsable, no le importa nada. ES UN ESTAFADOR.
