The Black Bear Lodge condominiums are in the heart of Deer Valley Resort's mid-mountain Silver Lake Village, and just a short walk to Sterling Express chairlift and Silver Lake Lodge. This 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that sleeps 4 features a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a gas stone fireplace. It's your perfect mountain getaway!



The Space:

The Black Bear Lodge condominiums by Abode Luxury Rentals are located in the heart of Deer Valley Resort's mid-mountain Silver Lake Village, just a short walk to the Sterling Express chairlift and Silver Lake Lodge. This inviting residence features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. The unit includes a full kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and a living room centered around a warm gas stone fireplace, making it the perfect choice for a peaceful mountain getaway.



This is an excellent property for a small family or group to enjoy while exploring local trails or skiing. Guests can get comfortable in one of the two bedrooms, which offer either a king bed or a set of queen beds, each featuring a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. If your muscles are tired after adventuring around Park City, you can head out to your private deck to take a dip in your very own hot tub. A desk is also available in the master bedroom, providing a perfect setup for remote working.



Guests are encouraged to enjoy all the premium perks that Black Bear Lodge has to offer. You can find peace and quiet in the business center to finish off emails, soak in the communal outdoor hot tub, or swim laps in the heated outdoor pool. Great place, highly recommended

The property was really nice, new, clean and the staff was awesome. The location is within a close walking distance to the slopes. If you want a stay at a place that has one of the best values in the proximity without breaking the bank, this is where you go.

Just the perfect location.

Stayed here as our company filled up all of the rooms of the resort next door. Perfect location with a super clean and beautiful place. Management host were incredible, thanks again for a great experience .

We love it!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

My family of 6 absolutely loved this place. The place was so clean and beautiful inside. The hosts were kind and left a welcome bottle of wine and some snacks when we got there. The beds and pillows were comfortable and they had every thing we could need like games to play with the family. Underground parking that was very close and convenient. We can't wait to stay there again next year!

Awesome stay at Abode

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Abode at Blackstone. There was ample room for everyone, and the canyons shuttle made our skiing experience seamless!! Family ski weekend

We have stayed at Black Bear many times because the location is perfect and the condo's and service is excellent. We by far loved this particular condo the best for its decor and overall layout. We will definitely be coming back next year! Thank you!!

What a great, cozy, quaint property! The kitchen was fully loaded and stocked with everything you need! The abundant spice collection made cooking a delicious delight! All the staff were so friendly and hospitable, they made our stay so nice! We will definitely go back!! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Mountain biking weekend

This was one of the best condos we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The only criticism I can come up with is that the dryer doesn’t work very well, but otherwise, we couldn’t have asked for nicer accommodations. Would love to return someday - hopefully to ski :)

Fantastic stay at Black Bear 151, thank you. Very clean and updated unit that worked well for our family of five. Loved the little touches and comfort of home. Also likely how close it was to the skiing. Front desk was helpful when I stopped by twice with questions.

Good property

This is a very clean, well maintained, nice condo. It’s about 7 min from all to the slopes. So great to have a hot tub on the porch. We enjoyed everything about it except really missed not having a view and didn’t like staring at the concrete wall of the fire station. Also, when we arrived at 11:30pm, the code didn’t work to get in, but thank goodness I received another code as soon as I texted them and it worked.

We liked the unit but missed having any view (other that the fire station wall. Also the gym is in the garage area with no view and limited equipment or ambiance. Fire alarm goes off if a hot shower is taken in the powder room shower.

DV Christmas

This was a fantastic location. Tiny walk to grab complimentary stored skis at DV Silver Lake and have Apres and Christmas brunch at the Stein across the street. Perfect amount of space. Extremely clean. The Concierge immediately responded every time via text and car service to Main street was super convenient. Mattresses were fantastic and we all slept wonderfully. Rustic is not my usual decor, but this felt so warm and cozy with an authentic mountain feel. It had all of the kitchen utensils and supplies to cook a nice dinner as well. Loved the private hot tub. Location is again 5 star. We were unable to get out due to snow and an accident on the main road the last night, but ordered from Cena which was a 2 minute walk and all enjoyed a nice night in by the fire. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate how organized Abode was from beginning to end!

Awesome Pre Christmas ski trip

Beautiful condo. Deer Valley was great. Easy 3-5 minute walk to lifts. Amenities at condo were great. Very well managed. 5-10minute drive to Park City. First time to ski Utah and I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for everything.
