Abode at the Peak offers an open floor plan, walls of windows with stunning mountain views, multiple gathering places for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family, outdoor hot tub, gas fireplaces, and 5 large bathrooms with private baths. This condo is perfectly situated in Lower Deer Valley, minutes from all that Park City has to offer!



The Space:

Whether you prefer to stay in and cook in the gourmet kitchen or dine at one of the many fine restaurants in Historic Old Town or Deer Valley, Abode at the Peak is perfectly situated in Lower Deer Valley. Recent renovations have enhanced this mountain retreat, including the addition of a fifth bedroom, while large windows and vaulted ceilings fill the interior with natural light. Minutes from everything Park City has to offer, the home provides a stellar location with a free shuttle running throughout the day to take you to and from the Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort.



Well-organized for a seamless ski experience, the home features a flagstone foyer equipped with a boot dryer, a boot warming rack, and plenty of hooks and cubbies for everyone’s gear. Wall-mounted ski racks make storage simple, ensuring you are ready to hit the slopes at a moment's notice. This home was the perfect size for our group of 12 who came for a long ski weekend. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and a short walk to the bus to head to the mountain!

Wonderful ski week

We had the best week for our ski vacation at Deer Balley. The townhome was wonderful with all of the accommodations. Plenty of space for our group of 12-6 adults and 6 kids. The deer valley shuttle was so easy to go and come from the slopes, picking you up at your doorstep. Would definitely rent again!

Great Multigenerational Spring Break Skiing

The Pinnacle condos are well located in Deer Valley, courtesy shuttle on-demand drops you off at DV base area. DV allows overrnight ski storage so everything is easy. The condo was clean, and as advertised. Pleanty of room for grandkids to spreadout, large kitchen was great for family meals (8 people). Property manager made check-in and planning very easy. Definitely great value for large family.

Beautiful Adventure

My family and friends enjoyed our stay in Park City! The set up of the house was great for our multiple families. The house was a short distance from town. And great location to many activities and other towns and adventures. We discovered that visiting between peak seasons is less expensive and fewer people, but lots of maintenance happens in that time frame. Overall, a wonderful and beautiful adventure!

Great house and location

We thought the house was in a fantastic location, clean and had more than enough room for 8 adults and 3 kids. We took the free city bus on the main street which come every 10 or so minutes, and within 1 stop was at Deer Valley and other direction bus took you to Park City (there's an express bus or regular one that is 10-15 min trip). The one going toward Park City will also take you to Main Street where tons shops/restaurants are in (1st stop). Overall we loved the place.
