At 1,318 square feet across multiple levels, this inviting Park City vacation rental comfortably sleeps families and groups seeking easy access to Park City Mountain Resort and the best of four-season mountain living.
The main level sets a welcoming tone with an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room â a natural gathering space for the group at any time of day. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating, stainless appliances, and everything you need for home-cooked meals. A convenient half bath rounds out the main floor.
Sleeping accommodations are spread thoughtfully across multiple levels. The private primary suite is tucked downstairs and features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom â a quiet retreat from the rest of the home. The upper level offers a second bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom.
Three Kings 37 is part of the Three Kings complex, where guests enjoy access to a heated outdoor pool, a community hot tub, a sauna, and changing facilities â a genuine perk whether you're unwinding after a ski day or relaxing on a warm summer evening. Three Kings 37 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our convenient Direct to Condo process; simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personal door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
