NEW!! 5 BURNER GAS RANGE AND REFRIDGERATOR!
The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, condiments in the frig, and all the kitchen gadgets and small appliances you could possible want. We have quality pots/pans, Fiesta dishes, baking dishes, crock pot, griddle.......you name it. We want our property to feel like a home so we have furnished it with everything we need!
Enjoy GRILLING? We have a large propane gas grill on our small deck!

ABOUT THE BEDROOMS (Perfect for Men's Ski Groups)
The four beautifully furnished BEDROOM SUITES are all updated with new flooring, linens, spreads, pillows, and accessories. Two bedroom suites are located downstairs, BOTH with a Queen + Single! The Master is privately located upstairs with a KING BED and walk-in shower. The small bunk room suite is located on the main floor behind the kitchen and also has a walk-in shower. Kids love this room! Perfect for 2 or 3 kids or 2 single adult. The bunks are a full over full size with a small dresser drawers. The three larger bedrooms have new flatscreen TV's and ALL BEDROOMS HAVE PRIVATE BATHS!

ABOUT OUR CLUBHOUSE:
WINTER: Outdoor heated swimming pool! 2 Hot Tubs, 1 Indoor & 1 Outdoor! Sauna and Dressing Rooms
SUMMER: Clubhouse has 2 large outdoor pools, a kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. In additions, for our summer guests, our clubhouse has beautiful tennis courts, pickleball courts, sanded volleyball courts and horseshoes.

We provide parking for 2 cars, one covered. The quiet complex is well maintained and secured.

NEW CLEANING STANDARDS!
Although our town homes have always been professionally cleaned between guests, we have added new procedures. An example of what will be cleaned and disinfected:

Door handles
Controls and switches (e.g. light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains)
Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats
Utensils, cutlery and crockery
Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames

We will also provide hand soap at every sink and disinfectant wipes in every town home.

What a wonderful stay! We’ve been renting for our annual ski vacations for 20 years and this is by far our best rental experience yet. Keyless entry made it a breeze to come and go. The free shuttle service is a huge plus if you’re not up for a walk down to the Cabriolet lift. The unit is so tastefully furnished. It says “mountain retreat” without screaming “ski lodge”. No light fixtures made out of antlers. Everyone in our group slept well in comfy beds. Towels and linens are of the highest quality and separate hot tub towels are included, too. Owners were very responsive and informative - A small bathroom leak was fixed immediately. Never a shortage of hot water. Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils. Beautiful new stainless appliances. And finally, a kitchen with decent knives! We are already planning to book for next year!

Amazing townhouse! Has everything we need for us and our adult children/families for winter ski vacation. Great location to PCMR with the Canyons Village Connect shuttle service and proximity to SLC airport. Owners have excellent communication before, during and after stays. Host was easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. Rental unit was very well equipped, clean and comfortable for our family. We were able to get early check-in, which helped since our flight got us in so early the first day. Absolutely astonishing!

I would highly recommend renting the wonderful townhouse from the Thompson’s. It was spotless when we got there and was so warm and cozy. It was very easy to communicate with the owner if I had any questions. She would respond to each of my questions! The view of the Canyons Mountain was incredible! Everything was is so close to the town house. I am so glad I chose Unit 24! Everyone that stayed there (9 people) absolutely loved it.

Great Trip to Park City!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and the location. The townhome was well stocked and we had plenty of room. Jean Ann was great to check in with us during our stay and we communicated about the thermostats in the home. We did have trouble regulating the temperature but Jean Ann did let us know how to try and make it better. Thank you for hosting us!

Mountain, Tennis and Olympic park fun

We enjoyed our family reunion with ten of us staying at this beautiful property. We played hours of tennis and pickleball each day, and we swam in the pool during the hot part of the day. We had a great time at the Utah Olympic Park and the Park City Alpine Slide.

Jean was great to work with. Her communication was timely and she made the stay much more enjoyable. The unit is in great shape and very clean. Hot tub access was a bit rough in the cold but the facility was very nice. I would highly recommend staying here for any group. We do annual ski trips and this unit was perfect for us. Accessing the resort was super easy as well with about a 5min walk down to the cabriolet and a 5-10min walk/ski down from the slopes, so walking downhill both ways! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place In Awesome Spot

The property is very walkable to Canyons Village Cabriolet Gondola. You can also easily drive up for a drop off to Canyons Village proper. You can easily walk to Powder (excellent restaurant at the Waldorf). The house has a lot of rooms and bathrooms (enough that everyone can have their own). The layout is great. Plenty of easy and free parking. Excellent hosts who shared a lot of great information and recommendations. The younger members of our family really enjoyed playing in the backyard. We had a very great experience bringing the whole family (of all ages) and are very likely to stay here again.

Annual Family Ski Trip

The condo was well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was there and we had a wonderful stay. Mrs. Thompson (host) was so accommodating throughout the trip. She responded quickly and was very helpful with any questions we had about our stay. The location is close to the ski action with a free local shuttle. Additionally, its a 5 minute walk to the free city bus which will take you anywhere in Park City.

Spring Skiing Getaway

The condo was really great - clean, spacious, well stocked, great location. The owner, Jean Ann, was super friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

Just right!

Over the years we have stayed in town houses and condominiums owned by Jean Ann. They have always been well furnished, decorated, up-to-date and well equipped. Locations are great
 within walking distance of the lift to the base. Communication is good and response is prompt. The club, also close by, offers a nice outdoor heated pool, hot tubs and a sauna, where you can relax at the end of the day. There isn’t a better value anywhere in the Park City area.
