Beautiful Ski in Ski Out Studio Park City Mountain Resort

Welcome to our cozy studio condo! Just steps away from Payday Ski Lift at Park City Mountain Resort, this beautiful 375 square foot condo is in the perfect setting.

When you enter our condo you will notice bright colorful rugs contrasting with dark, rich hardwood floors. You will be directed to the kitchen which has beautiful glass tile and recessed lighting with gorgeous dark chocolate custom cabinetry and sparkling new appliances. Cookware and bakeware are available for you to microwave a snack or prepare a gourmet meal. We stock coffee and basic spices at the beginning of each season. This inventory depends on guests restocking what they use.

There is seating for 4 at the granite bar with a trendy yet contemporary flare. The living/entertainment area has colorful rugs and a rich brown leather sofa which converts to a comfortable queen sleeper.

The murphy bed makes for a fun and retro feel and is conveniently hidden in the wall until needed.

We carried the contemporary feel through to the bath as well with the sleek, open cabinetry and retro bubble tile. Towels are provided along with soaps and a hair dryer. There are coin operated laundry facilities on the 3rd floor if you which to wash clothes or freshen your towels during your stay.
The 8 foot sliding glass door with it's views of the village below and the mountains in the background and to the west is the perfect finishing touch to our home away from home. For your enjoyment, the resort has an indoor/outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs as well and in building A on the 2nd and 3rd floor there are 2 additional hot tubs. The Fitness Center is a popular spot directly adjacent to the pool. There are saunas, steam rooms, showers and lockers for your use.

We hope you find our home comfortable, relaxing and want to come back again and again. We will do all we can to make your stay enjoyable.

Great accommodations with easy walkout access to the ski lift!!! Site was very clean and contained all amenities for cooking and Murphy bed was comfortable for sleep. Hot tub was refreshing a few steps down the hall. Made for a very enjoyable stay for a couple looking for a great ski in/out experience that’s a 5 min walk down to the Park City Main Street restaurants and shops. The property manager was organized, available and responsive to any questions. This was not our first stay here and we will plan to be back in the future!

My 16 year old daughter and I got away to ski park city and canyons for a long weekend. Everything with the apartment was as advertised and we had a great stay. You really cannot stay any closer to the action at PCMR! The hosts are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions and were very accommodating.

Was a perfect 4 days! Could not have stayed at a more ideal location for 2 people looking to ski all day and be close to the lifts. And close to main st - we walked in to town each night for dinner.

My family and I, along with our two teen boys, stayed for a long weekend. It was a bit cramped for sleeping, but it still worked out fine. The location was fantastic, as it was close to the slopes, food, and the main part of town. The unit itself was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

First Park City visit

Condo was smaller than I thought it would be but it was fine for my wife and I. It was well stocked and I am sure fine for cooking but we ate out every night😂 The garage parking was nice and the location excellent
 quick walk to two lifts and to town. Free bus system was another plus. We would stay here again.

Location location location

If you want to be steps from the lifts, this is your place. The pictures are true to form. Although it's small, the unit is very comfortable and Connie is so nice and incredibly responsive. We had some issues with getting in late and finding the right building, but that was due to the car service leaving us in the wrong place (don't make that mistake). We did not rent a car. You don't need one. The condo is steps from the bus stops. PC has an amazing transit system; free and frequent buses everywhere you want to go. Also, we were minutes away from the town, which is vibrant and fun, food shopping, etc. The only drawbacks are no washer and dryer in the unit and it's hard to imagine really cooking and eating dinner based on the size of the kitchen/unit. Breakfast was fine.

Weekend ski trip

Very clean and updated unit. Perfect for convenience to the ski lifts. Basic kitchen supplies were well stocked in the unit. For my teenage son and I, the murphy bed and sleeper sofa worked out great. Would stay here again.

You cannot beat the location of this condo. You are right at the Payday and Cressent lifts, and right at the city bus stop. Connie was great with communications, from start to finish.

Perfect place for Park City ski trip

This was the absolute perfect place for a ski trip. The condo is right at the base of the main Park City lifts with shops, bars, restaurants, ski rental places, ice skating rink, and the bus stop all right on site. The setup of the room was also great. It is a studio with a sofa-sleeper and murphy bed that both fold away so you have plenty of room when not sleeping. We went with a group of friends that all stayed at different places around town and this place was by far the best. You can't beat this location in all of Park City.

Great Ski Vacation Location

Great property for skiing Park City Utah. Walk to/from the lift in less than 5 minutes. Well appointed Studio Condo with everything you need like if you were at your own home. All the equipment, kitchen supplies, towels, etc, are in great shape. Take the bus to town, no need for a car!!! Bus stop right there. Convenience store, restaurants, bars, ski equipment rental, EVERYTHING is less than 5 minutes walk!! Superb stay and the bang for the buck has no comparison. Will stay at this unit again when we go back to Park City. Happy Skiers.

Great Long Ski Weekend

I cannot say enough good things about this property. My 15-year-old son and I had a great long weekend stay, while skiing in Park City. The unit was immaculately clean, everything worked well, and was well stocked. Both the bed and sleeper sofa were comfortable. You are literally steps from the Pay Day and Crescent lifts, several rental shops (I recommend Park City Sports), and multiple restaurants and shops. We ate lunch in the condo every day due to the proximity to the slopes. Stephanie was outstanding throughout the booking and check-in process, providing important information and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Pros: Walk to lifts, no car required, extremely clean and comfortable, great water pressure and hot water in shower, kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, frig, and microwave, view from balcony, and helpful and informative owners. Cons: Absolutely none. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Park City. I have used VRBO dozens of times for vacation rentals and give this unit the highest rating of any place I have every stayed. Use Uber from the airport and save on rental car. The city bus is easy to navigate using Google. Fresh Market is a 10 min walk from unit or use bus.

Very disappointing and misrepresented by owner

Wow, where do I start? My child and I went to check into the condo and brought our ski equipment to the locker area; we went to the designated locker, only to find it was padlocked by another user. Fortunately, we decided to rent a car so we were able to manage without the locker on the first day. The locker room itself smelled like an outhouse, and that is putting it nicely. Still, my preference would have been to store our skis/boots there instead of needing to go a much further distance to our car. Again I reiterate, if we did not have a car, we would have been totally screwed. When we went back to the locker the next morning, the locker was still padlocked and not usable by us. When I asked the owner (Connie) what to do, she said that since it was New Years Day, the management company was not available so they could not remove the padlock till the next day. Then on the next day, the problem was not solved because the padlock remained. According to Connie, the padlock had been removed but that was not true so basically, she was calling me a liar. Nice, right? Why on Earth would I make this up? Did I really want to drag my equipment a much greater distance and down a flight of stairs in ski boots? Uh....no. Then there is the actual condo itself.......we pulled out the Murphy bed to see how it was. My child said that the surface felt like concrete. Meanwhile, the pull out couch needed to be used. When we opened the couch, the bed was not made but the bottom sheet had BLOOD on it! Gross! Although Connie had assured us that the bed was made and we were “good to go”, that was hardly the case, unless you like sleeping on blood stains. The faucet for the shower felt like it might come out of the wall and my child fell and hurt herself on the slippery floor when she was trying to turn it off. The space was cramped but that was expected. We knew that coming in. The location was very good and frankly, the only redeeming quality of this space. The owner (Connie), though very responsive, was not helpful and effectively called me a liar. For all of our trouble, she refunded the cleaning fee....yippee. As I told her while we were there, this is a total rip-off. She had the opportunity to make our stay better and make the situation right; instead, she did not. For prospective renters, the best way to avoid the challenges that we had is to NOT STAY HERE! I am a reasonable person but everyone has their limits.
