Payday Express Lift, located steps away from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski resorts in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Really cool condo and deck

My boys loved the huge condo and the whole setup. My wife and I spent tons of time just relaxing on the deck enjoying the sun and the view of the mountains.

Fantastic Family Place to Stay, Close to it All

Our stay at the Mountain Lodge was perfect - super clean, well-organized and simple check-in process and Renee was very helpful and accommodating. Location is amazing - rented skis from Jackson's Base Camp (in building) and were steps to slope, also right on bus line.

This was a very nice stay. They utilized the space very well. It was very clean. It was decorated very tastefully. The beds and bedding were nice and comfortable. Unbeatable location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was in the middle of everything & a true ski-in/ski-out location. The kids loved the secret bed and it was perfect for our two families. The beds upstairs are a double & twin so really only good for 1 adult 1 kid or could do 3 kids. Great and private master! The condo is pretty outdated and I’d suggest a new coffee pot & crockpot but you just can’t beat the location and it was worth the money! We’d definitelty stay here again!

Loved the cubby!

This condo has been beautifully renovated and thoughtfully designed. It was cozy yet provided everyone the space they needed. The cubby is awesome! All the kids were fighting over who was sleeping there...but I, the adult, pulled rank on it LOL. Although, the bed in the cubby was a little hard. We look forward to booking this condo again!

Spacious and perfect location

We have a family of 8 (5 teens included) and everyone had plenty of space. The microwave didn't work but everything else worked great. Very clean and plenty of kitchenware. Huge deck and beautiful views. We had a summer stay and AC worked great as well as great pools and plenty to do at the slides/coasters etc. We have always stayed in hotels so this was our first homeaway and it was a great experience.

Hi, I had a great stay. However, the email sent to me aoub the unit said that the Wifi information would be provided in the room. When we arrived there was no Wifi information. However, the Wifi had an unlocked channel call the "the lodge". Please update the unit email to mention using the "the lodge" instead of the "wifi information will be provided in the unit". Thanks.

Easy on and off ski lift

This place is a little smaller then the pictures look. Overall it served our needs. Great location for ski in-ski out. We had few issues but the owner was easy to contact and took care of our concerns immediately. The building is older but the apartment has been updated. Upstairs gets very hot. If you are coming to ski its perfect and easy to ski to lifts.

Everything you need. A tad dated, but clean. Lots of space with large private balcony. Perfect for five people. Two full beds upstairs and private bed downstairs. Internet connection spotty. Walk down steps or elevator and out the door. Two hundred yards from Payday lift. Bring a padlock or two if you want to utilize the ski lockers downstairs. Complex has a place to store bags, and lets you use the showers/lockers/pool if you want to ski on your check out date. With three teenagers and the two adults, we would come back again.

Awesome Location

Condo unit is spacious and perfectly located for all your winter activities. You will not find a better location for access to the ski slopes, certainly not any place as affordable. All in all, this was one of our favorite trips. Plenty of space for 6 people, full kitchen for those who like to eat in. Access to the shuttle bus, ski rentals, downtown, restaurants and the slopes are all within a few minutes walk, no need to rent a car. If you're planning a ski trip to Park City, I highly recommend this place as a viable option. Manager/owner is very responsive, unit well stocked with towels, toiletries and other essentials, and there are two grocery stores with a 5 minute bus ride. The building is neat and well maintained, the staff are very accommodating, and the outdoor hot tube is the perfect way to relax those tired muscles after a long day on the slopes. Once you get there, you won't need to worry about a thing. This is the perfect place for those looking to get away and enjoy some fun on the slopes, without breaking the bank.

Good location, nice place, quirky setup

We enjoyed our stay during the film festivals. The condo is very well located in base village of Park City mountain and right by a main bus stop. There are a couple quirks to be aware of. 1) the third bedroom is just a curtained nook off the dining room with a bed stuck in it and no room for anything more. The description does note this but we overlooked. 2) there are 2 baths upstairs for 1 BR. One of them is split in two with toilet in the BR and shower (only!?) in the hall. So your downstairs 2nd BR uses an upstairs bath. Very weird setup. 3) we seemed to have issues with the power. At times the toaster and a hair dryer wouldn't work and phones etc. weren't charging well. The pool and hottubs plus fitness center were a decent bonus and nice enough.

Nice place. Unfortunate incident.

The location was great. We stored our skis outside on the balcony which saved time to/from the lockers. The shower/steam room was wonderful after a cold day skiing. Directions were good and checking in was no problem. We had one unpleasant experience. My 6-year-old and 10-year-old sons were building snowmen and throwing snowballs on the balcony which became a 9-alarm fire before we were given the chance to deal with it. Our notice there was a problem came when a resort employee knocked on our door and instead of simply asking us to have the children stop throwing snowballs, he threatened to call the police on them. We were taken aback by the threat and brought the boys in immediately and instructed them not to throw snowballs which we thought took care of the matter. Within the next 10 minutes, we received two phone calls from the property manager threatening to evict us for the children throwing snowballs. We don't know what information other parties were being given. The way it was handled by the resort employee and the property manager colored our perception of the resort for the rest of our stay. No one has ever threatened to call the police or evict us before, which made us overly cautious and attentive the rest of our stay trying to ensure the children didn't do anything that would upset anyone.

Safety hazard and suboptimal communication

I'll start with the good/neutral. The unit was well located, right next to a ski slope and fun summer activities. The building was older but well-maintained and the bedrooms and amenities were essentially as pictured. The layout of the unit was slightly awkward, including a 3rd bedroom that was really more of a nook (though that was expected given the description). Now for the bad. Check-in was difficult, requiring use of a separate website that made the process long and clunky when we arrived late at night. The unit had no instructions on how to operate the TV, which after frustrating trial and error I eventually figured out. The worst part of our stay was a serious safety hazard involving the large 40 lb antler chandelier above the dining room table. On the 2nd day of our stay, the chandelier spontaneously fell from the ceiling not 3 feet from where my family was seated in the living room. Had we decided to eat indoors 5 minutes later than our outdoor meal, I am sure someone would have been seriously injured, if not worse. The chandelier was obviously improperly installed with a small hook not suited for the weight of the fixture. The incident was very scary, and to make a bad situation worse the communication with the rental company has thus far been less than desirable. It took over 24 hours to get the chandelier moved and the mess cleaned up so we could use the table. The crew who cleaned it up left the back door to the deck hanging wide open. RENTER BEWARE

I would not recommend this unit to anyone. More importantly, I would avoid any property being managed by LocalVR. With the exception of Bobby, everyone else was difficult to deal with (if you could get a hold of them) ...especially Noah (who is supposedly their Director of Guest Services). I find it helpful to read these things only if there are actual substantive details so I will list them below: 1) Local VR allowed my family to check into the unit even though they knew there was an active leak from a black water pipe in the wall. That leak showed up on the second night of our stay & it flooded the master bathroom and all of our toiletries. Worse was we had to vacate the unit. Their response - a refund of only the nights unused. It should be a full refund. When I stated I might take whatever actions necessary to get my full refund, Noah's response was: "I don't care. Have your lawyers contact us. We're protected so we'll see how that goes." Noah is missing the point- LocalVR and the property owner left my family of 6 in a bind trying to relocate a large family last minute at one of the busiest times of the year at an enormous cost. If that weren't enough... 2) When we arrived, the place was not properly cleaned. In one of the beds, we found candy left behind, candy wrappers, and trash. 3) The AC and Heat did not work properly. 4) They do NOT allow use of the ski lockers. I'll post an update as to how this all gets resolved.
