Cozy Cottage in downtown PC. Steps to mountain!

This charming 850 sq. ft. cottage is in the heart of Park City. Five minutes walk from Park City Mountain ski area, our cozy retreat has everything you could want for; living area, kitchen, dining / work space, upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs, are 2 gorgeous bedrooms and a beautifully re-modeled bathroom.
The home is right in the heart of the action, yet on a quiet street, opposite the park and a block from the ski area. Never worry about traffic- its a really short walk to everywhere and the bus stop is just outside.

The space has been totally re-modeled this year, with new bathroom, carpeting, painting, beds and mattresses, all finished exceptionally, giving a clean and cozy experience. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a kingsize bed and the second with a queen bed and twin XL bunk over the top. It is super sturdy and fine for 3 adults if required. The bathroom re-model is beautiful with a double vanity and combo shower tub. There is a large washer and drier for your use. Access to Park City's attractions could not be easier. The bus stop is 20yds away, and will take you all over town - to the main street (0.5 miles) or to Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, or Deer Valley. Grocery shopping and liquor store are both a 5 minute walk or bus ride away.

Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the unit when you arrive in Park City, and enjoy.
The owner lives in the adjacent apartment (and is a fantastic ski instructor if you need one!)
I will be as flexible as I can be, regarding check-in and check-out, depending on other bookings.
I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!

This two bedroom one bathroom cottage is the perfect place to launch your Park City adventure. With comfy beds and good quality linens, on a quiet street, you will be prepared for all that Park City has to offer and in the heart of the Park City action. It is a very short walk to the ski slopes (5 min max), and close to restaurants, shopping and family-friendly activities as well as Park City's famous nightlife. For Sundance, this couldn't be in a better location, being central (and walkable) to all the venues and also right on the bus route.

The local Park City transit system is free, extensive and regular. There is a bus stop right outside the condo that will connect you to anywhere in PC, or take you directly to the Park City and Deer Valley base areas as well as shopping and restaurants. The bus service is free and regular. If you do choose to bring a car, there is a private parking space however PLEASE BE WARNED THAT THE CAR MUST BE MOVED ON SNOW DAYS...

Just as picture, very modern cute and clean interior. Kitchen was well stocked. amazing location- we walked to slopes every day and to Main Street every night. The walk to the slopes was a bit more exercise than I wanted, but that is obviously no fault of the condo. Just something to be aware of.

Great spot, great location

Great spot for a couple and two younger kids or two friends. Great amenities like a gas fireplace, awesome stove. Complex is on a busy street but this unit is at the back and so very quiet. Location is amazing. Walk two blocks to the park city parking lot. Amazing.

We had a great time in this place - It's really cozy as the title suggests! Location was perfect - 5min walk to Park City Mountain lifts and 10-15min walk to the "main street". You have a 7-eleven nearby if you need something quick, or a good supermarket "Fresh Market" 10min away. Check-in was good, the property was clean and communication with hosts was quick at all times. I would highly recommend and definitely consider staying there again!

This property was excellent. Everything was immaculately clean and in great shape. The second bedroom was a great setup for kids, and the primary bedroom was very nice and well-appointed, too. It was a great location both for town and skiing at Deer Valley (and across the street from a small sledding hill/park).

Great condo for families!

A great condo with spacious bedrooms. Condo had a lot of thoughtful extras (kitchen utensils, coffee, blow dryer, shampoo, etc). Great location as bus stop is across the street and there is a great park for kiddos right outside the front door.

The property is clean and in very good condition. It is conveniently located near a bus stop which is just 5 minutes away from both the ski slopes and the center of town. It was the perfect size for two independent adults or a couple with two kids.

Great location and comfy home

We enjoyed our stay at this rental home. It provided all we needed. Beds are very comfy, and kitchen is well equipped. The hot shower is amazing! The best part is the location, 0.5 mile walking to the lift, and 0.5 mile walking to the Fresh Market, and stores and restaurants. We didn't need to rent a car, just reserved Ski Taxi for airport pick up and drop off. Also, Susan, the hostess of the mountain treasure LLC is very helpful, with quick responses and detailed instructions for all check in and out process, transportation options, and surrounding area introduction etc. We will surely come back again.

If you need a cozy place to rest a relaxing, this is your place.

The Cozy Cottage was a great place for my daughter and me to take a vacation. We were in walking distance to Main St for shopping and dining. Skiing is just a short walk up the hill. (I do recommend storing your skis at the slopes so you don’t have to carry them to and from the slopes.) The cottage is also in walking distance to the market so you can stock the kitchen with all the necessities for a ski trip. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Closer than expected!

Cozy, updated, clean, and CLOSE TO THE LIFTS! Save the money on a ski in ski out and stay 3 short blocks from the lifts. We clocked an easy 8 minute walk. Right inbetween down town and convenient shopping (grocery,drug stores,etc....). Condo had everything we needed and a VERY nice shower/tub after a day on the mountain. The perfect location and price for a cozy pad!
