Come stay at this 3BR, 3BA townhouse at The Fawngrove, an ideal location with great views of Deer Valley! The townhouse was recently updated with all new furniture in the bedrooms and living room. It also has a brand new private hot tub. Located on Deer Valley Drive, you're just a short free shuttle ride to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley, or to Old Town, Main Street, and Park City Mountain. You are also a very short walk to Deer Valley Grocery, a local favorite.

The Space:
This comfortable 3BR, 3BA townhouse features a large great room for hanging out with family and friends after a day on the mountain OR step out back and relax in the private hot tub. Sitting outside, you're surrounded by beautiful Deer Valley views! Also enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, dining room and breakfast bar, which makes staying in and cooking easy.

Enjoy the two luxury master suites with king beds located on the second floor, and let the kids take over the third bedroom equipped with twin bunk beds.

The free Park City shuttle stops steps from the unit, so it's extremely easy to get to Old Town, PCMR, Canyons, and back home to Deer Valley.

Great location - not far to the base at Deer Valley snow park or the Main Street of Park City. The city bus and the app work great. Never had to wait long at all. The bus stops just a few steps from the condo. So easy. Plenty of parking if you have a car. Lovely view out the back. Kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was nice although the way it is situated when the top is off you cant see the view of the mountains. That’s the only thing I would change :). Any questions i had were answered quickly. I definitely recommend!

This was a great get away to Deer Valley with family. The summer weather in the Park City area is so lovely. This condo is a fabulous location and is well equipped. You can jump on the free city bus across the street or take a nice walk into town for hassle free parking in and around Main Street. We would definitely come back to this unit.

New Found Oasis!

This is my family’s second visit to Utah, first in Deer Valley/Park City. What an amazing place. What an amazing state!!! We were so pleased with the three bedroom condo we so luckily discovered. Perfectly located within the town, yet tucked away enough to see wildlife (moose, various birds,etc) and a huge grassy/wooded area for the kids to go out and explore or play. The condo was so well stocked! Everything you could imagine needing was there! My wife immediately fell in love with the town and the condo and was already planning future trips for both summer and winter activities. The management was super friendly, responsive and extremely accommodating. You get the entire package with this place!

Perfect vacation home for family with little ones

Our children and grandchildren (ages 4, 3, 10 months and 4 months) were with us. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. The large greenspace outside the back patio was wonderful and we loved walking around the ponds and looking at the ducks and geese. Being right on the bus line made travel area attractions easy. The management was very responsive and provided us with three pack and plays and two high chairs. The only complaint was no a/c (which was clear in the property description). The condo was cool in the mornings and lots of fans were provided, but sleeping at night and for afternoon naps would have been better with a/c.

Loved Fawngrove at Deer Valley

Perfect place for our family group of 5. Very spacious. Great location with bus route right outside the condo complex to take you to Deer Valley, Old Town, PCMR or other areas in Park City. The unit is well equipped with Kitchen items, and other supplies and was very comfortable. Fireplace and hot tub were great. The only place to put skis and gear is the front closet which was OK but not great for lots of skis and wet gear. The property manager was incredibly responsive. Check in instructions were super easy, parking was easy and when issues arose they responded immediately, On the first day we noticed there were no wine glasses and w/in 2 hours they appeared with 6 brand new wine glasses!

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home for our stay in Park City! It was beautiful inside and out, clean, and well maintained. The view from both the front and back of the townhome is stunning and the kids in our families loved playing out in the yard behind the house and fishing in the pond. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Location Great but ruined by undisclosed conditions

The townhouse is adequately furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms are spacious and had nice finishes. The inside furniture is ok but the outside patio furniture should have been replaced years ago. Dirty, stained, & cigarette holes. We bought sheets to cover the filthy cushions. While the kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be cleaned prior to our arrival the windows were filthy both inside and out and the hanging globe lights in the kitchen were covered with dirt and grease inside and out. The entry door mats looked like they hadn't been cleaned or swept in years and cob webs were hanging all over the exterior lights and walls. While all of that was disappointing the real problem with this property was the property management....or lack there of. First of all they failed to inform us that the unit next door, literally on the other side of the wall was undergoing a COMPLETE GUT REHAB!! We reserved this place for 4 WEEKS! Nearly every day for 4 weeks we were awakened by hammering, sawing, drilling, etc. And, it lasted all day Monday thru Friday. After several days of trying to contact the property manager I finally received a call and was told if we wanted to leave they would refund the rent for any unused days. we were already two weeks into our stay and I said I doubted we could find anything on short notice that would meet our needs. When I told him that if we had been informed of the construction project next door we would have rescheduled He said they didn't know about the project. That wasn't true because we were told by the neighbors that the renters prior to our arrival told them that they were given a rent reduction because of the noise. That concession was never offered to us. We finally left early because we couldn't take the noise and disruption any longer. Bottom line....Deer Valley is awesome and fawn Grove is very nice but we would NEVER deal with this property management outfit again. Rent at your own peril!!!!!
