Hi! So the positives: they communication was very responsive and the beds were comfortable. The one glaring red flag I want to put here that I somehow missed in the listing is that THIS IS ON THE FOURTH FLOOR and there are NO elevators. It is technically the third floor, but there is a basement set of steps and NO elevator and no place to store your skis at the bottom. So be very prepared to walk a lot in ski boots and carrying skis if you are going to stay here. I have to be honest, if we had known this was the situation I would not have opted to stay here. It is not the host's fault, I just think it should be more readily apparent in the listing for people who may have missed it (like me!) . I've stayed in walk ups before, but usually there is a ski storage spot at the bottom or some elevator option. To have neither was hard. The place itself was a bit unloved - wobbly bunk beds, the kitchen sink shaft didn't stay in place, not much storage (our ski stuff just sat in the hallway), and the TV in the kids room didn't work, which was annoying because it meant they had to watch TV in the main room or resort to their ipads. So not a deal breaker, just not a place I would stay in again. One final note - they did send an email and said to leave a review and they would send a Starbucks gift card. I feel a bit funny about this. I am not sure if the Starbucks card is only for the good reviews, but this one is more mixed, so we shall see.

The great - location can’t be beat, and the space itself was exactly what we were looking for - two bedrooms/two bathrooms, a full kitchen and some space to hang. The towels are soft and the beds are comfortable. The not so great - while exactly as advertised, the condo is tired - the photos vs reality remind me of the beauty filters for social media - the paint, the fixtures, the build up in the shower and tub, the very used and scratched pans - it reminds me of my first apartment after college, when we accepted everything anyone was willing to give us. It also took us a night to learn that the thermostat only controls the heat in the main room - you have to turn on the wall unit in the downstairs bedroom for there to be heat in that room.The verdict - no regrets about the booking but not sure we’d stay here again.

Great location!

This is a great location. Just a walk across the street and parking lot to the lifts. Big Jacuzzi! The place was clean and comfortable. A couple of things they could do to make it be better. There was no cookie sheet which I thought was odd and only 3 hangers in each closet. The loft could more outlets or at least a charging station so you can charge phones by bedside.

Cozy, great location, needs a little maintenance

Overall really great, everything was smooth. iTrip property that is well-managed, good communication, everything smooth.Property itself could use a little refresh / tune up. Just a couple small maintenance things, nothing major. Would have liked to see some ceramic casserole dishes for leftovers, and a couple of pans / cookie sheets that are oven safe.

The location was a short walk to the lifts in Park City. The kitchen lacked many of the basic things expected in a rental. Overall, the unit was decent but the kitchen made it difficult for us to cook some of our meals.

Our stay was as expected
 Not the fanciest property we have stayed in, but everything was sufficient. The beds were comfortable and the location to the ski lifts was good. Walkable to several restaurants and the grocery store and pharmacy was helpful. We had some minor issues that were quickly resolved by the management company and host. Good communication was very helpful. Only annoyance to note was that we had was timing the showers so we would not run out of hot water - but that is my kids’ long showers fault 
 not the property! Ha!

2024 January Skiing...

Property was easy to get in/out of and the instructions were precisely right. It's a pretty easy walk to get to the slopes, maybe 10 mins up a small hill. The unit was sufficient, however it is an old property that has several (old) original features you have to be delicate with. Everything worked, the sliding glass door was 30+ years old and rigged to stay closed with tape and paper towels. It blew apart around 2:00am in -0 temps...was a very chilly night. The hot tub looked neat but was closed during our stay for a maintenance issue. The kids loved eating popcorn by the fireplace and sleeping in the bunkbeds. Plenty of space and came equipped with kitchen supplies. Happy to share the pics if asked.

Spacious condo on the 3rd floor. You can see the parking lot and ski lift from the balcony. CONS: The condo does need some updating: bath faucets, bath vanity and cabinets, bath tub needs to be refinished, need updated shower doors, mirrors. The kitchen faucet needs to be secured. There are some cracks/lines in the drywall (near fireplace, back living room wall). Bar stools are too high for the counters. PROS: walking distance from the ski lift, covered parking is available

Location was excellent unit was fine and well supplied. Parking was confusing due to nearby construction. A few minor maintenance items could have made the rating higher. Kitchen faucet is loose and makes it difficult to use. Main door is bent and difficult to close. Slider have 1/2 to 1” gap which makes maintaining constant heat in the unit. Looks like someone previously duct taped the sliders but should really be fixed.

Should be 5 stars with just some simple fixes

The location is awesome and this property can be 5 star with just some simple fixes. Overall kitchen, living area, bedrooms are fine for this level of condo. What would set it apart is just replace the shower heads from the 70's that are like a fire hose and the shower faucet because one touch and it is either ice cold or scalding hot, like burn your skin hot. Although not a deal breaker the master bed mattress could be replaced as it is like a trampoline. The other issue all the reviews talk about is that the sliding doors in the living room are literally off the frame of the condo. There is a huge crack in the frame which has buckled the doors so that they don't open and have a huge gap between the doors. Again, so many reviews talk about this, just fix the doors. Last item is the heat. As mentioned before the loft turns into a sauna at night. It took us three nights to figure out the system. First don't turn on the main heating system that blows out over the kitchen. It doesn't really help and just goes straight up to the loft. Basically, turn that off or turn it off way before you go to bed. Only use the heaters that are in the walls, they work great especially in the bedroom downstairs. OR just open the window by the stairs in the loft and let the cold air come in can keep it cool. Management company was great, tons of texts etc to make sure things are good. You can walk to the 7-11 or to the grocery store so you don't need a car. L

Great layout and location

Lovely top-floor condo with view of Park City half pipe and lifts. Updates unit was clean with large kitchen, comfy beds, and ample hot water. Great location with easy access to bus stops, PCMR, and grocery store. Prop mgr was very responsive to my pre-checkin questions. Would stay here again!

Location Was the Key

Really could not beat being so close to the hill. As others have said, the property is dated and in need of some repairs. In particular, the sliding glass door to the balcony does not open and let's cold air in. For two guys who just want to ski it worked fine.
