HEBER CITYINN-Registration office was locked at arrival. Finally clerk arrived-a very old, unkempt , barely walking man. Room was filthy: light bulbs missing in lamps, holes punched IN WALL,, TV NOT WORKing, TOILETS DID NOT FLUSH, FAUCET IN BATH TUB SEPARATING FROM WALL, SUPPOSED TO BE NON SMOKING, YET TENANTS SMOKING-BUTTS THROUGHOUT THIS WAS HORRIBLE. HAD TO LEAVE, but had to fight for refund. Pictures deceiving on line.

I had no heat and luke warm water for a shower. The upper door lock was broken and my key card never worked so the staff had to open my door for me. There was layers of dirt on the light switches and outlet covers. Cigarette burns on the nightstand and this was a non smoking room. The stairs going to the room were icy and unsafe. The last night I was there I noticed mouse turds behind the toilet. I would never recommend this place even if they offered a free night!

The room was dirty, the walls were dripping of liquid of some kind by the headboard. NO hot water. The manager was very rude, kept trying to look in my room and started yelling at me saying there was too many people in my room but it was my husband, I and our 2 kids. I was not gong to rent a separate room for the kids. We were so grossed out we didn't even sleep under the blankets. The carpets were disgusting! There was no light bulb in the room. The manager was yelling after 10pm when we were trying to sleep. Never AGAIN.

We had room #115.No light in main room, no washcloth or hand towels, only 2 thin bath towels, no bath/floor mat. No cover on toilet tank. Toilet paper on windowsill above toilet. Hole in drywall next to toilet was plugged with wad of toilet paper. No drain plug in sink. 1 small bar of soap and no shampoo. No chair or table in room. Each bed had 1 set of sheets and 1 thin blanket. There was a woman who was cleaning rooms and she helped us get our key card working. She was the best part of the whole stay. We will never stay at Heber Inn again and would not recommend it to anyone that we like.

Worst place we’ve ever stayed in. Desk person could not speak English and could not understand us or we her. TV would not turn on, lamp broken, sink had no hot water, toilet barely flushed and had water leaking around it on floor, bathtub faucet leaking a steady stream. Also noisy from room above us- you could hear every footstep and constant thuds all through the night. Pillows lumpy and bed just okay. Terrible place.
