This three bedroom condo is the perfect mountain retreat. Located in the heart of Old Town, Park City, you'll have convenient access to all this town has to offer. Recently renovated with up to date appliances, new hot tub and charming interior details.

LOCATION
The property is ideally located in the Town Pointe condominium development on Park Avenue, the most desirable address in Old Town Park City. It’s just an easy one block, level sidewalk stroll to the Town Lift and two blocks to Main Street. Park City Mountain ski access, world-class dining, shopping and entertainment right at your doorstep. Plus, the city-wide complimentary bus shuttle stops right at the building entrance for easy transfer to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and virtually anywhere in town.

THE SPACE
From the moment you enter this beautifully appointed property, it sets the tone for an overall exceptional Park City experience. The open floor plan and mountain comfort interior detail create an inviting ambiance. The kitchen and dining space flow seamlessly into the living room. This open floor plan is fitting for small group entertainment and relaxation. The living space offers ample seating, a gas fireplace, advanced audio/visual systems and cozy vibes all around. From the living room, step right outside onto the private covered deck for a soothing soak in the hot tub.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The property includes three beautifully appointed bedrooms offering exquisite décor, custom bedding, premium linens and ample storage. The master suite is spacious and indulgent with a king bed and newly renovated bathroom. The guest king bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The guest bunk room offers a twin over queen bunk bed. The bunk room has a detached bath also accessible from the foyer that leads to the main living area.

The living room has a 60” tv with soundbar, Xfinity HD cable with DVR capabilities, Blu-ray player, plus Apple TV. Guests can connect to the soundbar and play music via personal streaming platforms. The master bedroom has 50” HD tv, guest king bedroom has a 40" tv and the guest bunk room has a 32" tv.

This was our third time booking this unit. We are very choosy where we stay, and are sticklers for cleanliness. It is perfect for our family of four, and can accommodate more. Just a short walk to The Town Lift and Main Street. Great shopping and tons of different restaurants. The unit is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has plenty of gadgets for cooking, and has basic spices. All appliances are in great working order. The keurig is brand new! It is extremely clean, and the beds are all VERY comfortable. The property manager is prompt to answer any questions you may have. Don’t think twice, book this unit before someone else does!

Ideal Location

Very nice condo, well-outfitted, and very close to downtown. The free "Prospector" bus picks up and drops off literally at the Town Pointe complex so it cannot be more convenient to get to/from the main ski area. If you want to walk to Town Lift, it's about 500 yards...easily doable in ski boots. Would absolutely rent this unit again.

Outstanding and centrally located

We had two couples in our party and it was perfect. Three bedrooms and two of them had en-suite bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable! Located in downtown Park City and a short walk to restaurants, shopping, bars and more. The place is very well appointed with everything we could have wanted or needed. Highly recommended!

This property was just as advertised. It was spacious enough for our family of 4. Hot tub was fun. Only downfall was when unit above was occupied. We could hear all the movement above and it was a little distracting. We would return to this unit if we make it to Park City again.

Stop searching and book this unit!

This was our second year in this condo. It is immaculate! The dishes, silverware, and pots/pans are quality and clean. What you see is what you get; it is beautifully decorated with updated furnishings. You cannot beat the location! Our family walked to the town lift each morning. There is also free public transportation that stops right outside the complex. The bus can take you to the mountain if you don’t want to walk the short distance to the town lift. We enjoyed walking around Main St. each day, you really don’t need a car if you stay here. We used Grocery Girls to have groceries delivered before we checked in. We had a wonderful time in Park City, we’ll be back!

Awesome place, great location.

The property manager was amazing and accommodated us greatly. The location was perfect, had a ski locker in the covered parking which was nice for our stuff. The condo was cozy and had wonderful common areas. Would stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! This condo was exceptionally clean, not a stray hair anywhere! Dishes, glassware, utensils were spotless. Walking distance to Main Street was the deciding factor, very convenient. The city bus stopped right in front of the unit. I used that to meet up with the skiers in the family, and it’s free! Safe for all ages, no glass tables or delicate knickknacks; but beautifully decorated. If you have teens or 20 something’s, book now! It was awesome to let them walk right to Main Street to get coffee, shop, etc. Nicely stocked with toiletries, t-paper, paper towels. Highly recommend using Grocery Girls to have your food delivered before you arrive!
