Much smaller than advertised!

Do not believe the claim these owners make that you can have 11 people stay in this home comfortably. It is a townhouse and has very odd sleeping arrangements. What is the upstairs master has a bed in the closet and a double bed to share. There is another small twin in a pass through room. Also it is not ski in ski out. The impression given is that this is a large, gorgeous stand alone home, but it’s cramped and full of crucifixes - with pretty bad art if aesthetics matter to you! Finally, there are no cleaning supplies, not even a broom, so come prepared!

Christmas Ski Trip

Overall property was great. Upstairs living area a bit smaller than it appeared in pictures but still plenty of room. Wish there had been a tea pot in kitchen and coffee pot isn't the best but overall very well stocked. Would definitely rent again!

The house was perfect for a large group, variety of ages. It was very clean, well kept and comfortable. One minor issue was that the oven took a long time to pre -heat and also longer than normal to cook items. Thanks for making our family weekend so memorable! We will be back.

Would recommend but watch the fees

Would recommend the house: great location, lots of room, fully loaded kitchen, and great TV sound system in the den. The only downside is that two of the bedrooms are going to smell like chlorine due to their proximity to the indoor hot tub. Also, I asked the property manager twice what the total fee would be and gave me a “final” figure (I had to give the guys in the group a total number to split up between us). But on my Visa VRBO added another $500 for their fee.

Not Bad, But lots of hidden charges!

Park City Vacation Rentals, whom the Owners use to manage this property really stick it to you! High cleaning Fee (standard charge), 4.5% Concierge Fee (just for the privilege to call and pay more if needed), 3% Processing & Admin Fee and 3% Resort Fee (of which there is no resort to use for this fee). In total on my reservation those fees added up! Before tax and nightly fee. If you don't have someone to drive you to slopes you will be walking up and down several blocks to get to chair lift. Pool at property is not open in Winter. Unit does have "Jacuzzi" type tubs which are hard to keep clean. Overall, not a bad place, but be prepared to pay those extra fees that really just amount to the property manager making an extra buck for no other reason.

Great house for family gathering!

We stayed here for a few nights for a secluded place that our family could gather. It was perfect for us. We had 8 adults, 4 kids between 4-8, and another child under 1. The top floor was great for the family with the baby because it is quiet and secluded, and the two bunk room was a blast for the older cousins. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone, and most things in the house are in great working order. The pool was excellent and so is the proximity to trails. Kitchen/dining space was comfortable and well supplied. One note if you're planning to grill: the BBQ was in the garage, which is a little inconvenient and awkward to use. But that was a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay!

Fun for everyone!

Plenty of room for everyone, lovely décor, enjoyed great meals from the kitchen. Easy and quick to get to the slopes. The hot tub was a treat, with lovely views as you relaxed.

Not the best

Too many broken things to list. No supplies provided during the week long rental for 13 people. We had to provide our own. Maintenance treated the hot tub with a chemical that burned eyes and caused you to cough. Also had a painter on second story porch, who came up a ladder. No notification given, it was unsettling to suddenly see him. Could be a nice rental with some care.

Beautiful home and great location for skiing Deer Valley

This house is perfect for a large group who plan to ski at Deer Valley. We had 12 people (three families) and the home had more than enough space and was quite comfortable. The home is a short and easy walk (~5-10 minutes) to the mid-mountain ski lifts, and you can check your skis for free. It would be nice if they would upgrade the TV in the basement (so the kids could watch smart TV while adults play cards upstairs). Also the basement was quite a bit cooler than the main level and upstairs but space heaters are provided. Overall one of the best ski homes we have rented - highly recommended!

Great reunion spot!

We loved the layout of the condo with a central living/kitchen area where we could all congregate for fun activities. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well-appointed and enough for our large group. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! I would recommend this property and management company for family and/or large group events.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay except there were a few things we were not 100% satisfied with. 1. There was no welcome packet at the house with information about the house (wirlesss access, local restaurants, shops etc). 2. This property is described as "ski in ski out" which it is not. It is most definitely walk to ski, and with small children it was not a great location. 3. Upon arrival we had a broken coffee maker, broken toaster and no sugar, etc for coffee which was advertised as part of the amenities. In addition only 2 towels for the hot tub. 4. There was no information about Deer Valley ski resort anywhere in the house so as people coming from out of town we had to figure it all out our first day. Besides that we did enjoy our stay. It is a beautiful home.
