The heated garage also includes boot warmers, bench seating, racks, and hooks, making it an ideal spot to store your gear, dry out, and get ready before hitting the mountain.
Just a 3-minute Walk to and from the Cabriolet Lift or take the free city wide shuttle to PCMR, Deer Valley, or Main Street activities. Community tennis courts and pool (unheated) are available seasonally.

Easy access to cabriolet lift
Great spot. Nicely setup. Super easy access to cabriolet lift. Garage is great for all of your ski gear (the dryer is an awesome feature).

Amazing place
The house was great, with new appliances, and well furnished. Short walk to the lift to catch first chair. We loved the boot and glove heaters in the garage. Had some great times playing ping pong in the evenings after soaking in the hot tub. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The property was perfect for our family of 4. More people would not be an issue. The home was well stocked, the furnishings are nice, and overall the townhome is great. Access to the cabriolet lift is very close. You can walk it in ski boots so long as you have the tolerance. There are close parking spaces if you want to cutoff some of the walk. The garage is great for your gear and the dryer is a huge bonus. I highly recommend if you enjoy skiing the canyons village side!

The only thing outdone by the convenience was the amenities
First, the aesthetic ... the place was beautifully designed, decorated and appointed from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the (multiple) living areas. One of the most functional and well stocked kitchens of any rental we've used, nice towels throughout, and a nice touch to have starter soaps, dish detergent, laundry pods, coffee, etc. The big hot tub to soak after long days skiing was a perfect touch. Aside from the place itself, which again was perfect for our group of 8 (4 kids, 4 adults), the convenience to all things Park City was unmatched. The short walk to the Cabriolet gondola provided access to the Canyons Village and, by way of ski-navigation, it provides access to Park City for a day on the mountain. We were able to go from our rental at 9am across both resorts to have lunch in Park City, hop on the Town Lift, and ski our way back to Canyons by 4pm. The drive from the airport was around 30 minutes and the drive into town is about 10 minutes where parking was never an issue during the last weekend of February 2026. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone asking!
