This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ski-in/ski-out condo is about as close as you can get to a ski lift at Park City Mountain. This is a corner unit that looks out right at the PayDay Lift!

Everything about this ski in/ski out location was excellent. Perfect for a family or small group looking to enjoy a great ski trip. Right at the base of the resort and steps away for ski lifts and many amenities. Hope to stay here again next year!

You couldn't get any closer to the slope without sleeping in the snow. Nice unit and great communication with the host. PCMR has busses that go everywhere and you can easily walk to main street. No hot tub in this specific condo community just fyi. Highly recommend.

Spring break 2025

Location is fantastic. Brought our son and his friend (16 yrs old) for a few days of skiing. They had a great time and appreciated that they could walk a few hundred feet to the lift and ski back down to a warm bowl of chili for lunch. The pictures on this listing don’t do the view justice as there is some great people watching as you are overlooking payday lift. My wife and I made the walk to downtown a couple of times after we were done skiing for the day and it felt like a fast 20 minute walk. Anyway, great place (which is why we give it 5⭐) and would absolutely stay there again but I would bring my own TP and pint glass. This is just a general annoyance with rentals. Why does the TP have to be the cheapest available?

The best condo in Park City

Proximity to the lifts and restaurants is unmatched. Will definitely be booking again! We had the perfect trip with our family of 5. Our 3 kids had plenty of room in the guest room and my husband and I enjoyed the king in the master bedroom. Walk down a flight of stairs and you’re right next to Payday lift. Can’t get any easier!

So close to the lift you could almost hear the chairs whirling by

We stayed a few days and skied two. The condo is perfectly equipped, and the location is about 7 yards to lift. Close enough that we could stop at noon, walk three minutes, be in the condo, eat lunch, and be back on the lift without missing a beat. There is a stairway that leads to the condo. So, it's about 20 feet from the edge of the snow where you take your skis off, one quick flight of stairs, and 5 feet to the condo door. Chris was excellent and helped us with dinner reservations and transportation.

It’s all about location

I don’t think you can be any closer to the Payday lift in any other place in PC! We watched the morning crews work and had a Birds Eye view of conditions. There are ski shops and a small convenience store in the plaza below as well. The condo was good quality with two adequately sized bedrooms and a moderately sized living kitchen area. The kitchen can be used to cook in if one wanted too. Chris the host was very accessible and a pleasure to deal with. Free buses run a short distance from the condo to get you around to town and shops. The downtown is too far to walk but easy to get to with the shuttles. There is also coin op laundry room one floor up from the condo. It also helps when you get epic snow conditions like we had!!

Spectacular Location

A stones throw to the lifts made for a great ski in/out stay. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable! Chris was very easy to coordinate with and was ready to answer any questions we had throughout our stay!

We had everything we needed to be very comfortable and excellent communication with the property manager. If you are skiing with kids, this location can’t be beat! Ski school is just downstairs and you can see them from the windows!

Location is second to none

This is a great property to really be on the mountain. Easy in and out of the unit to hit the ski storage, lift lines, food and shopping. Super easy to get into town on the free and very reliable bus service - you really don't even need to rent a car - use one of the shuttle services from the airport and avoid the hassle. Inside the unit you will sleep comfortably, feel safe, have amazing views and unplug if you want or stay connected with their high speed wifi. If you are bringing more than 4 or 5 people get some paperware. They only had 2 coffee mugs and 3 cups for your morning juice. You will also have the best property manager in all of Park City

Best location on the mountain!

This place is the absolute best location you can get on the mountain. Look out the window at Payday, check the lines, see when ski school is firing up. No need to wonder, just look out the window. Enjoy the views and the easiest access to the slopes.

Best Room In Park City

This room is literally 30 yards from the Payday lift. Great for people watching! The kitchen and bedrooms were sufficient. You're close to all the restaurants and shops the resort has to offer. There's several grocery and liquor stores a couple miles down the road. And downtown is also right around the corner. Chris was very accommodating, and even allowed us to book an extra night. We will be staying here again next year.

Slop side at it's finest

If you are looking for ski in ski out this is your place. We looked at several options and choose this one because of the slope options down to the condo. Other places we considered your only option to the room was via a blue run and we have skiers that cant handle a challenging blue run. The unit was everything described and pics were spot on. Chris was very responsive with and question we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. Perfect choice for ski in ski out!
