4201 Bear Hollow

Our stay at 4201 Bear Hollow was very good. The location was close to the free parking lot for the Canyons maybe at most 1.5 to 2 miles. The outdoor hot tub was also spacious and very good requiring a slight walk from our condo. My only negatives were 1) the carpet in the condo was weathered and should be replaced 2). We were led to believe the public bus stop was walking distance from our condo, it wasn’t. The actual bus stop was not in our neighborhood it was located on the main road approximately 1/4 mile away, difficult to walk in ski boots, just so potential tenants understand this. Lastly, this condo was clean no bugs and has everything you need for cooking and works fine as long as you have a vehicle, I rate the experience 4 star. Thx for reading. Joe

Park city stay

Great stay overall. Property manager was very helpful with any questions we had. Place was nice, clean and had a good kitchen. Comfy beds. Parking was easy although no garage remote so you have to have someone go inside to open the door but it works. You do need a car here, it would have been a 20+ min walk to the bus stop and with ski boots on would have been rough. Loved it and would stay again!

Good Short Stay Choice

This property is well used. We stayed for 3 weeks and really noticed that the living room furniture is old and not comfortable. No cleaning supplies were provided in the unit so daily cleanup was done with water and diluted dish soap. The bed linen quality was poor and instead of full zippered mattress covers, the ones provided were old and did not fit well. The master bedroom shower needs to be updated. The glass door was difficult to open. Moose management was great to work with. The grounds were great and our pooch enjoyed the walking trails and dog park. The price point was reasonable.
