Unit has full kitchen, can sleep up to four (sleeper sofa in living room), fireplace, wireless Wi-Fi included, computer room w/printer, secure underground garage parking. Laundry room on site. Better than a hotel at a lower cost! Close to theaters and Sundance Headquarters in Prospector Square area of town. Free public transportation stops next door. Pool closed for remodeling. Minimum booking is 5 nights, maximum 7 nights. It is still a great deal during Sundance when hotel rooms go for over $700-$1000 per night. No pets.
