Luxury Ski-In/Ski-Out Mountain Retreat at Westgate Park City

*Stay on the mountain. Ski from your doorstep. Relax in luxury.*

Welcome to our beautiful *775-square-foot one-bedroom villa at Westgate Park City*, where the comfort of a private mountain home meets the service and amenities of a luxury resort.

With **true ski-in/ski-out access**, beautiful mountain surroundings, and full access to Westgate's facilities and services, this is the perfect place to enjoy everything Park City has to offer — whether you're here to ski and snowboard, explore the outdoors, or simply relax and reconnect with nature.

Your Mountain Home

The villa is spacious and comfortable while maintaining a warm, inviting mountain atmosphere. After a day outdoors, come back and make yourself at home.

Enjoy a morning coffee on the private balcony with beautiful views, prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or gather around the fireplace with family and friends.

The villa includes:

* 775 sq. ft. of living space
* True **ski-in/ski-out access
* Private balcony with beautiful views
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Dining area seating up to 8 guests
* Dining area that converts into an additional sleeping space
* Living room with fireplace
* Sofa sleeper
* Large Jacuzzi tub
* Steam shower
* Washer and dryer
* Full access to Westgate's resort facilities and services

The kitchen and spacious dining area make it easy to enjoy a meal together in the comfort of your villa. If you prefer to go out, you'll find excellent restaurants and fine dining at the resort, in the village, and throughout Park City.

## Ski-In/Ski-Out Convenience

One of the greatest advantages of staying here is being **right on the mountain**.

Park City is an exceptional destination for skiing and snowboarding, with approximately 7,300 acres of skiable terrain, 348 trails, and 41 lifts. The resort continues to improve with new lifts and amenities, making every visit even better.

We particularly enjoy the ski valet and ski services. The staff are incredibly courteous and make the experience effortless. They take care of your equipment, dry your boots, and have your gear ready for you at the gondola.

After a full day on the slopes, there's nothing better than returning to your villa and relaxing in the Jacuzzi or warming up by the fireplace.

Explore Park City & Deer Valley

Although you're right on the mountain, you are also just a short ride from everything Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.

The resort provides a complimentary shuttle service throughout the area. We've always found the shuttle to be extremely convenient and available when we've needed it. During busy weekends, we recommend calling ahead to arrange your ride.

The concierge can assist with shuttle arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests, making it easy to enjoy your vacation without worrying about the details.

## A Wonderful Family Resort

Westgate is particularly well suited for families.

The kids club offers a variety of activities for children, while babysitting services are available after hours. This gives parents the opportunity to enjoy dinner, drinks, or a night out while knowing the kids are being cared for in a safe and welcoming environment.

It's one of the reasons we love being able to relax and enjoy our own time here.

## Traveling With a Larger Group?

We also offer an adjacent 360-square-foot studio separately (VRBO #739972).

Renting the two units together creates approximately 1,135 square feet of combined space, with two bedrooms and sleeping capacity for up to 9 guests. It's an excellent arrangement for larger families or groups who want to stay together while still having separate private spaces.

We also have another **775-square-foot one-bedroom villa on the 4th floor (VRBO #352781).

## Why We Love Park City

We have traveled extensively and stayed at resorts throughout the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia. After all those experiences, we kept coming back to Park City and realized that *this is the place we truly love*.

We love the mountains, the outdoor lifestyle, the incredible skiing and snowboarding, and the convenience of having everything you need nearby.

Most importantly, we love being able to share this special place with our guests.

Come experience Park City from the mountain — ski, explore, relax, and enjoy the comfort of your own luxury mountain retreat.

Perfect Mountainside Condo during Home Renovation

At the base of the Park City Mountains Canyon Resort the location was perfect! We were within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hiking trails and a quick drive to Old Town. The unit was cozy and clean and Ron was always available to answer our questions. Easy check in, valet or self parking options and friendly staff. Our only recommendation is that the unit upgrade to smart TVs to allow live streaming.

This is the second year we stayed in the unit, and it was fabulous once again. Fall Getaway

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great and the fall colors were beautiful! Hosts were really helpful. The complex is very large so there is a lot to do but with this made it difficult to find the room my first night. However, once I found it I loved it! Lots of hiking trails near by and a lift about 5 min walk away. Overall, great place to stay!
