Rustic Charm within steps of Park City Mountain

Historical, Rustic, Chalet - a rare Park City gem. 4000 sq. ft. of log cabin on 3 floors, nestled into the mountain within walking distance of the foot of Silver Star ski lift.

Rustic family home on three levels with large welcoming great room. Gather round the roaring fire for a taste of a traditional Park City that is all but lost in today's modern world. The top floor hosts the master suite, with a kingsize bed and large double shower. Enjoy the private balcony with views onto the ski hill and the Silver Star Chairlift. The walkout basement has 2 further bedrooms and common 'den' space with cable TV, private hot tub and family games. Retaining many period features and photos, this large chalet is simply and tastefully decorated, offering both amazing space and location. The new beds, sofas, hot tub and modern plumbing ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

The entire chalet is available for use by guests. 3 floors, 2 private balcony's, shared walkway, shared garage and drive way with space for two cars max.

Check in and out is super easy and independent. I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!

The Temptation condos are a well kept secret in Park City. Primarily a residential complex, within short walking distance to the base of the Silver Star ski lift area these log chalets are nestled into the side of the mountain. The condo is about 100m walk from the lift (accessible for skiers able to ski blue terrain). The Silver Star cafe and gear shop are also right there and wonderful venues for breakfast, lunch or aprĂšs ski. In fact it is one of the few places I have found to serve a mulled wine on the menu! What better way to end the afternoon! Alternatively, the shuttle to the mountain runs frequently and stops about 100yds from the condo. Getting to the resort base takes a couple of minutes. Here you will find all the resort activities; ski school, skating rink etc, etc.

The shuttle bus stop is steps away providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer. The bus service is free and regular. If you choose to bring a car, there is one spot in the covered garage and one spot in the driveway. There is no street parking for additional vehicles.

Excellent place, excellent location

Such a wonderful, comfortable house. We stayed in late March, and getting to the silver star lift was as easy can be. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, and there's a nice big dining room table to eat as a group. House was clean, and the hot tub was a gift sent from heaven after a full day of skiing. Susie was easy to reach and was very helpful getting us situated. Highly recommend this house for anyone!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Park City property! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the slopes and close to everything we needed in town. It made getting around super easy and convenient for our group.The home itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for our party of ten. We never felt crowded, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. One of our favorite features was the working fireplace—it made the space feel so warm and cozy, plenty of wood provided! It really added to the mountain vibe we were hoping for! TVs are wired for streaming and have plenty of options for every one.The amenities were fantastic, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’re already talking about booking this place again for our next trip!On top of that, the host was absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication was clear and timely, and they provided us with tons of helpful information about Park City and the surrounding area, which made planning our activities a breeze. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and paying was super easy. You can really tell they care about making the experience as enjoyable as possible from start to finish.Highly recommend!

Great condo close to the slopes

Really enjoyed this log cabin condo! We had 10 plenty (4 adults 6 teens) and felt we had plenty of room. One thing that was really awesome is how you can ski down and walk across the street and your home. Susie was an excellent host and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Great property

The house was just what we needed. Space for all of us to spread out a bit, good kitchen. Location was great- conveniently close to the mountain, quiet at night. Know that the master bedroom is a loft upstairs. Hot tub worked well after Ali runs. Garage is not attached,but it was really nice to keep car protected overnight.

Holiday weekend at Park City

The house was great- clean, updated for the most part. Master bed was very comfortable with warm bedding, but fyi- the master is an open loft with a door. So noise definitely carried. Kitchen and bathroom had all basic essentials which was great! Getting to village definitely requires a car or the free shuttle bus. Also- this home is lift adjacent, not ski in/ski out. Thankfully the lift near the property opened on day 3 of our stay and was a 5 min walk to and from. Hot tub was fabulous! Overall a great trip!

Look no further - checks ALL the boxes!!

Wow, what can I say. Place was perfect for a guys (adult) ski trip. Location worked out wonderfully for lift access as well as access to grocery, shopping and restaurant needs. The wood burn fireplace (with provided firewood) and the private hot tub were icing on the cake. Highly recommended and would definitely return! Thanks Susie!

A warm, gracious CLEAN mountain lidge

Susie was so responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure to spend time in this sparkling clean, historic home, steps from the base. Also proximate to snow shoeing and cross country skiing trails and a stones throw from local bus stop. Highly recommend! Ps consider adding a blender to the very well stocked kitchen.

Park City Ski Trip

We traveled to Park City with our adult children for a ski trip. This property is very well maintained, comfortable and communication with host was perfect. Location is wonderful. The lifts close to the property were closed due to lack of snow but the parking lot is a two minute drive or about a 5-10 minute walk. The fireplace and hot tub are both added bonuses. We ate in most days/evenings and the kitchen was well equipped to handle all of our needs. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Cozy house perfect for a snowy getaway

Had a great stay at this VRBO! Susie was very communicative and gave great recommendations to me and my friends. The location was convenient, the bus stop is right in front and only a 5 min Uber ride to downtown as well. The house was stocked with lots of cooking gear perfect for making a meal for a larger group on my girls trip and we enjoyed using the amenities. Would book again!

Park City vacation

We traveled to Park City for a weekend golf trip and the property and location checked all of our boxes. Susie was very responsive, professional, and courteous. Check in/out process was a breeze. Only complaint was the hot tub was not working all weekend but other than that this is an excellent condo for friends and family! Hope to visit again soon.

Amazing property that is close to the bus stop to get to town and the slopes. Overall it was a perfect stay, only complaint was that the hot tub had issues with the temperature so we couldn’t use it the last night. Besides that it was an ideal stay.

Peaceful and Perfect

Great location on a dead-end street short walking distance to what feels like a personal ski lift. The SilverStar lift is only accessible to guests in the area, so it's not busy. It also sits between Park City and Canyons resorts, so it is easy to access either ski area. The house is true log construction with a wood burning fireplace for ambiance. A special place.
