Welcome to our PAYDAY SKI SIDE Modern Luxury Ski home! This New Beautifully Remodeled and Newly Furnished, OLD Town PAYDAY Townhome located a short 90 second walk to Silver Star Ski Lift making this location practically a SKI IN SKI OUT located on the back side of the golf course and cross-country trails private and quiet. It features a NEW Private JACUZZI, ultra-fast 2GB WiFi, two king-size beds, sleeps up to 10 guests and is a modern design throughout.

This spacious 2,000 square foot townhome has been fully remodeled with high-end finishes and a sleek, contemporary design. It includes all new furniture, two king-size master beds, a private deck and spa, new Samsung kitchen appliances, and five smart TVs. There are also three dedicated workstations. For cleanliness and comfort, we replace all towels and bedding every year—everything is fresh and new for your stay.

THE SPACE
The main level features an open living and dining area with natural light and partial mountain views. It also includes a mudroom, full bathroom, and a master suite with a king-size bed, oversized closet, desk, and private bathroom.

The second floor has a spacious loft family room with a sectional and TV, a second bedroom with a king-size bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, a desk, and a washer and dryer.

The third floor offers an additional loft bedroom with one bunk bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all new pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, glasses, dishes, and wine glasses—all purchased this year.

We provide high-speed 1 GB WiFi, five smart TVs, three workstations, and essentials like shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, sponges, and hand soap.

Dining table seats 8 comfortably with seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar. Ski and snowboard rack is included.

LOCATION
The townhome is ideally located just across the street from the Silver Star ski lift and cafĂ©. It’s about a 90-second walk to the elevator that takes you directly to the lift and trail access.

The back of the complex opens to the City Golf Course, which becomes cross-country ski trails in the winter. The surrounding area offers immediate access to mountain trails and is peaceful with partial mountain views.

A free, clean public transit line runs directly in front of the condo and provides easy access to all Park City Resorts, Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, and the Canyons.

Pets are not allowed. This is a hypoallergenic home. Any evidence of pets will result in loss of deposit.

CLEANING AND BEDDING
All duvet covers, sheets, blankets, and towels—used or not—are washed after every stay. Most homeowners do not wash blankets and duvets between guests, so if that matters to you, be sure to ask. With us, it’s guaranteed.

we had such an amazing stay in parkcity at this payday condominium. The condo had nice mountain views from the dining table, cozy fireplace and a brand new hot tub on a private deck. We really enjoyed the bedding the comfortable mattresses in the new sheets and towels. Joe was an incredible host. He was very attentive and helpful. I have to sleeping on these king beds. I think we're gonna switch to king beds in our own house the kitchen had everything you could possibly want every gadget every appliance and everything was clean and well thought out. We had such a pleasant stay at Payday Park City. Joe was a super helpful and responsive host. The home was roomy, super clean and comfortable. The King beds were very comfortable and the sheets and towels all new. We especially enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with every gadget you would need. The hot tub on the deck was new hot and private which made this trip memorable. We will be back!

Payday was the perfect stay and location. Right across from the Silver Star cafe and lift. We were able to walk to get an amazing dinner and a 1 minute drive to the grocery store. Only a few minutes to town this location was so close to everything yet felt private and quiet. Joe was incredible attentive and pleasant. The beds were super comfortable and the towels and sheets were all new and lush. We really enjoyed the hot tub on a private deck with mountain views.

another wonderful stay

Our second stay at Joe's property proved itself to be as good as the first! The location is great - just a short walk to the Silver Star lift, and we hardly ever had more than a one-minute wait to get on our first lift of the day. (The Silver Star Cafe at the bottom of the lift is an added bonus!) It's easy to get on the shuttle to town or to the base of the resort (the stop is even closer than the bottom of the lift). Or easy to drive to town, easy to drive to the grocery store. And there was never a problem finding a parking space in front of the condo.The property is spacious and comfortable and nicely accommodated our two adult children and their significant others. Lots of space to relax, plus a hot tub! The kitchen was great for cooking and packing sandwiches for the slopes. Plus there's a wonderful set-up for storing all the ski gear each night.Joe was terrific. Responded quickly to every request and couldn't have been more kind and helpful. We'll definitely stay at Joe's place again!

Great place - great location!

Our stay in Park City was wonderful! The property is lovely, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, as was the rest of the condo. And my family loved the hot tub! The entry way was set up perfectly for getting in and out of ski boots, with plenty of storage for jackets, helmets, mittens. The hallway outside the door was set up perfectly for storing skis and poles. But what isn't clear from the listing is that the condo is on the second floor. (Unless I missed that detail!) It was a bit hard to find the property once we arrived at the complex and it was then a bit confusing about how to enter the condo. (The doorway, which is only for the unit, takes you directly upstairs and then the hallway leads directly to the condo door.) Overall, the property is located beautifully. The walk to the Silver Star lift was short (even with skis). The restaurant at the bottom of the lift was great for apres ski and dinners. Grocery stores and downtown are an easy, short drive. Joseph was a wonderful host, communicative and helpful. He made us feel welcome and comfortable in his home. We'll definitely be back next season!

First and foremost, Joe is an exceptional host. He went above and beyond to answer questions and help with anything we needed. The space itself was as described and in a great location. The free city bus stop is an easy 2 minute walk from the unit and then 5 minutes tops to the Park City mountain base. We loved the location and the space was perfect for our group.

Ski holiday vacation

This property has the best space for a large family & is very comfortable (seriously the couch is so comfy). We had a family member break her elbow first day of arrival & ended up spending a ton of time in the house which we were thankful it was spacious & comfortable. Joe is an excellent host & communicator. We had an issue with the hotub & reached out & Joe had a solution so we didn’t miss a day of hot tub (love that the hot tub is private. We cooked every day we were there & loved the spacious kitchen & loved that there was dining space to eat as a family. Highly recommend because Joe cares about his rental & guests.
