Welcome to our favorite spot in the United States: Park City, UT.

Our newly remodeled condo at Silver Cliff Village is bright, sunny, and spacious (1,400 square feet). It is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium, sleeping 6-8, located just a 5-minute walk to Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in North America! Convenient to all Park City has to offer:

**300 yards to the base of Park City Mountain Resort
**Short walk to downtown to amazing shops and exceptional dining
**Free shuttle outside your door to take you to the canyons, Deer Valley, the grocery store, or even our great movie complex and other shopping at Redstone
**Walking distance to 3 of the Sundance venues
**One block from the public library
**Five-minute walk to the city park
**Short drive (and on the bus route) to the 'MARC,' Park City's Municipal Athletic and Recreation Facility - swim, workout, and play tennis. Have fun!
**Central air-conditioning

Enjoy your vacation anytime in this comfortable condominium with great amenities. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin lofted beds and a king-size bed with an attached bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked, and our living area is extremely comfortable with south-facing windows and a gas fireplace. A Full-size washer and dryer are also inside the condo.

Our wonderfully maintained complex includes an outdoor area with two hot tubs. There is an elevator to plenty of underground parking that is heated, dry, and convenient for loading and unloading.

Take advantage of the lively nightlife on Main Street with many exceptionally rated restaurants, bars, shopping, and other attractions. After a great day on the slopes, you can hit the town or snuggle in by the fire with a home-cooked meal.

We must admit that summers in Park City are just as remarkable. During the blue-sky summer season, you can walk three blocks to Cole Sports to rent bikes and hit one of the many trails for great outdoor adventure. Or, walk 100 yards to PCMR, where you can enjoy the summer festivities, including zip lines, an alpine slide, and an alpine coaster. The public library is just one block, and it's two and a half short blocks from a beautiful city park for the skate park, playgrounds, volleyball, baseball field, and picnic areas. Summers in Park City are filled with festivals, music, and other outdoor events. It shouldn't be missed.

This is one of the best deals in Park City. Do not miss out; book now! It is a great place for families with kids who want to avoid the hassle of driving to and from the resort. Once you are here, you don’t need to get in the car again until you go home, because you can easily walk to the resort!

We had a great stay! The unit was so clean when arriving and had everything we needed or wanted. Seasoning for cooking, board games and books, they even had a stroller in the closet if needed. We had less than ideal ski weather but David messaged us on the first day to give us more fun options in the area. David was and excellent host. He answered any question or concerns I had immediately. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This condo made our trip even better

Check in process was super easy and communication with the owner was quick and seamless. The condo is in a great location and is an easy walk to shops, restaurants and Park City Mountain. The ground-level parking garage made carrying our bags easy, especially with the elevator. The kids loved being able to walk to a nearby park and play in the snow and then relax in one of 2 spa's just a short walk out of the unit. The second room is a great layout for kids. We will be back.

Great property!

We booked this rental for a Park City ski trip with my wife and 3 kids. The unit and location were perfect! We were able to walk to the slopes and enjoy the hot tub after a long day. The unit was well-appointed, clean, and offered plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out. Highly recommend and would book again!

Communication with the owner was timely and complete. The place was very nice, clean, and recently updated. The location was close to the Park City Mountain Resort, and conveniently located to city bus stops. This was a ski trip with two couples, and it worked nicely for our needs! We would stay again!

GREAT Location, super clean, fully stocked, comfortable and super responsive owner.

Everything about this apartment is simply wonderful. Garage entry was simple, getting to the apartment was easy, getting in touch with owner was easy and fast. Apartment was spotless and felt newly renovated. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, showers and bathrooms were spotless. Ski boot warmers in closet, floor mat in ski closet to help with wet equipment. Location is excellent - a few steps to the street, a few steps up the hill to Park City's main parking lot, and a short walk to lifts. With equipment and kids in tow, ski boots on, 18 inches on the ground, it took less than 10 minutes to get to Payday and other lifts. Without hesitation, I would stay here again. I will add that I wish the entry way had more industrial style rugs/mats for snowy gear, including to storage closet. The place was so spotless and fresh that we felt guilty taking our boots off inside in the foyer ;-)

Wonderful time

We had an amazing stay at this property. The hosts gave us all the information needed ahead of time. The location can’t be beat. We walked back and forth from the slopes easily. It was a 5 minute walk. The property was lovely and felt cozy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Home from home

We felt at home in this superb condo the moment we walked through the door. It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures but still manages to be really cosy. Fantastic kitchen, huge lounge with fireplace, large bedrooms with powerful showers and comfortable beds, large dining table, great wifi, ski room, loads of storage space
 we loved every minute in our mountain home and were sad to leave. The owners were also highly responsive and flexible. Best of all, the condo was a 5-minute walk to the ski lifts and a pretty 10-minute walk up to the historic part of town
all while being on a quiet street with no traffic noise. If I had to be critical, I would say that the top bunk does not have enough head-room as our daughter (22) banged her head countless times. Had there been 2 single beds instead of a double and a bunk, it would have worked better for our family. However I believe the owners are renovating the condo this summer so this may be resolved. We would definitely book this again!!
