Stay in a luxurious Deer Valley mountain retreat designed to spark unforgettable moments with family and friends, with true ski-out access right out the front door. The home sits on a private trail groomed by Deer Valley, allowing you to ski, bike, or hike directly from the front door. The trail connects to both the Silver Dollar beginner trail and the Last Chance intermediate trail, which lead straight to the main base lodge and lifts. Returning is simple, with a private return trail that brings you within 200 yards of the home, about a 3 minute walk after an amazing day on the mountain.

This spacious and beautifully appointed retreat is ideal for large families and groups traveling together. The layout features three inviting social spaces that allow everyone to spread out. The Great Room offers a roaring fireplace and large TV, the Den is perfect for cozy movie nights, and the Loft is designed for fun with a Skee Ball machine and a Ms. Pac-Man cocktail arcade table.

The home includes three bedrooms plus additional sleeping spaces in the Den and Loft. The primary suite features a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a custom built King bunk bed with a King mattress on the bottom and two partitioned Twin beds on top. All bedding, mattresses, and linens are new and selected for exceptional comfort.

The fully outfitted Chef’s Kitchen includes premium cookware, knives, and appliances. Two outdoor decks provide fresh mountain air and space to relax. The lower deck features a private 6 person hot tub that is perfect after a day of skiing or hiking.

All bathrooms are newly renovated with modern cabinetry and granite counters. The home includes free parking, with one covered space and additional spots directly in front.

The location is exceptional. The home is only 5 minutes from Park City’s Main Street with its restaurants, galleries, shopping, and entertainment. Silver Lake Village is a short walk away for dining, rentals, and ski shops. Guests can also enjoy nearby luxury spas at The St. Regis and the Stein Eriksen Lodge. The community includes seasonal tennis courts, a pool, and a basketball court.

Spring, Summer and Fall

At 8,000 feet, the mountain stays cool and breezy. Like most homes in Deer Valley, there is no AC, but the nights remain comfortable. Guests enjoy immediate access to hiking trails, mountain biking, scenic lifts, and wildlife viewing.

Custom Artwork

The home features seven original pieces of artwork that enhance the modern mountain atmosphere. These include a large mountain canvas, a hand painted pallet wood scene, a vintage illuminated star, a graffiti style ski sign, two hand carved mountain doors made by a Park City artisan, and a vintage Olympic poster with authentic Deer Valley pins.

Loft Entertainment

The Loft includes a commercial Skee Ball machine and a Ms. Pac-Man arcade table with more than 400 classic games including Galaga, Frogger, and Dig Dug.

After skiing around the country for 15 years, we fell in love with Deer Valley for its exceptional snow, easy 45 minute access from Salt Lake City Airport, and its close proximity to Park City’s restaurants, shopping, and activities. Spring, summer, and fall offer hiking, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and endless ways to enjoy the mountains.
