Welcome to our beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom All Seasons condo in Park City Utah.

** SUMMER BOOKINGS -- NO Centralized AC at this location**

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Beautifully kept condo located steps from the bottom of Park City Ski Resort. You will enjoy wonderful views of the golf course and mountains as soon as you step out the front door or sit on the balcony. This condo is 1861 square feet so you will have plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing or biking. This second floor condo has three bedrooms all on a single level (on site elevator for easy access).

The Master bedroom has a King bed equipped with a memory foam mattress and an en-suite bathroom. The Bunk room is cozy with two queen sized beds plus a twin pull out trundle bed and a shared hallway bathroom. The third bedroom has two Queen Beds with en-suite. All bathrooms in the condo have recently been remodeled and upgraded to maximize convenience and comfort during your stay.

**LOCATION**
This condo is in one of the most convenient locations in town. Less than a mile from the base of the Park City Ski Resort, and the heart of town you'll be able to find everything your looking for from grocery stores, restaurants, sporting good stores, movie theaters, car rentals and more!

**GETTING AROUND **
The free bus stops directly outside of the condo, it will take you anywhere you need to go in town. When you rent our condo you wont be needing a car, shops, restaurants and retail stores are all within walking distance. Alternatively throw your skis over your shoulder and its just a short 4 minute walk across the road to the ski resort.

**AMENITIES**
Within the condo complex you'll find a large outdoor heated therapy pool / hot tub with jets, perfect after a long day skiing, biking or hiking and has a large elevator to allow you to easily move around. The condo is outfitted with comfortable furnishings to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. The condo also has a full-sized washer and dryer so you can pack a little lighter and do your laundry in the comfort of your home away from home! You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax by the delightful fireplace in the front room and be fully connected with high-speed WiFi and cable TVs throughout the condo.

First trip to Park City.

We could not have asked for a better location and condo. We opened the living room curtains and watched the cross country skiers while drinking coffee in front of the fire. Matthew at Park City Host was the greatest—very responsive and cheerfully answered all our “first timer” questions.

Great location, convenient for 3-5 adults

My adult sons and I stayed here for ten days. Three other adults (friends, family) cycled through, using the extra bedroom. The location is excellent (ski bus stop 20 steps from front door, one stop to station; 5-min walk to Fresh Foods and Walgreens; two ski shops within 2-3 min walk). The condo is large (3-bedroom, 3-bathrooms), and comfortable (good beds, good hot water, recent appliances, ample dishes). The hot-tub is large and not that hot, but nice nonetheless. The electric fireplace is a nice touch, and there are three flatscreen TVs. Very comfortable and convenient. I would have appreciated a little more communication from the rental agencies (never got an answer to any of my emails!), but once they sent me their intro email (only 36 hrs before departure - a little tight!), all was good.

Perfect location

The property was as advertised. The coffee maker was broken and they delivered a new one the same day. The free shuttle to the ski areas is right outside the condo building, making this a perfect location. We took the shuttle from the airport and got to skiing and downtown Park City easily. No need for a rental car.

Great location! Perfect set up for our family.

This property was perfect for our family ski trip. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. Pantry had all the extras we needed for cooking. Perfect location. Quick walk or bus ride to the hill. Easy bus ride to Main Street. We had an awesome week stay and would definitely return. Park City host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly when we had a questions.

Lovely condo in an amazing location!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and just right for our group. The location is incredible - right next to the Park City Mountain lifts where you can walk over to the First Time lift (that will get you to other lifts, too) and avoid the crowded parking lots. There is also a bus stop right out front so you can easily take the bus downtown if desired. The views out the front and back are fabulous. This condo is also close to a grocery store which made shopping easier. The All Seasons Condo has gated covered garage parking so we weren’t fighting for a parking spot at any time during our stay and it was nice that it was covered. We had a few questions during our stay and the property managers were quick to respond. The living-room fire place and large dining table were big pluses for us. The kitchen was well stocked and all the bedrooms were very nice. Two of the three bathrooms have been updated to have walk-in, spacious tiled showers. The things that we wish were different about this condo (1) that the bedrail on the upper queen bunk was a full, tall bedrail. Currently, the bedrail is even with the mattress - so if you plan on putting a small child on the upper bunk, you will need your own extra bedrail. There are not currently any extra bedrails in the condo. (2) that the double queen room and the primary (master) king room were switched. The double queen has the nicer bathroom with the soaking tub and walk-in shower. This wasn’t really important to us, but would have worked a bit easier for everyone if the master had the larger shower and soaking tub. None of these things were dealbreakers at all for us though and I must say that the listing is right - this is a well kept, well updated condo! Overall, we loved our stay here.
