Summary:
Whether you’re in town for world-class skiing or up for some celeb-watching at the Sundance Film Festival, this 2BR/2BA condo puts you in the center of all the Park City action!

The Three Kings Residence offers an incredible Park City mountain lodge experience, between Silver Star Lift (a 4 minute walk) and the base of Park City Mountain Resort (a 7-8 minute walk, or hop on the free Park City bus). After a day at the mountain, come home and soak in the communal hot tub and take in the views.

The Space:
Fall in love with the open floor plan on our 2BR, 2BA property, which can accommodate 7 people comfortably. The property has tall ceilings and plenty of windows, allowing for natural light and spectacular views.

Cook a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen and then eat outside on the patio and soak up your surroundings (it overlooks the 15th hole of Park City Golf Club). When you're ready to hit the town, head out your door for a 10 second walk and hop on the free Park City Shuttle and be on Main Street in under 5 minutes.

The Neighborhood:
With its central location, you're in a great spot for year round activities. Pull on your boots, grab your gear, and make the walk to the base of Park City Mountain. In the winter, the resort offers world-class skiing and snowboarding, as well as a school for beginners. Summer brings warm-weather activities like hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, and an alpine slide.

Downtown Park City and Main Street are just a short distance, or you can hop on the free Park City bus and get there in 5 minutes. Nightlife is hopping for the 21 and over crowd, with fun bars and lounges like No Name Saloon and Grill, Downstairs, and The Spur. Don’t miss shopping the quaint boutiques and browsing the numerous art galleries that line the streets of downtown.

Getting Around:
Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. There are also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in Park City!

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

Great location and layout

This place was great for a ski week. If you're traveling with infants the closet upstairs is big enough for a pack and play FYI. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets.Kitchen was well equipped and the green busroute to town/pcmr is right outside the door. The clubhouse and pool were really nice. The pool is great for swimming with toddlers even in the winter time. If you have older guests staying with you there are stairs out of the parking structure and up to the condo just FYI. Everything was well cleared when we were there but something to keep in mind if your party has 80 y.o.Only thing to note is the second bedroom with the two queen beds is open to the living room/kitchen down below.

Attractive and comfortable- close to base area

Very comfortable two bedroom condo with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. King bed in 1st fl bedroom and two queens in the upstairs loft. 1st fl bath is small but well appointed. On free bus route, and a short walk to the base area. Good communication with property management. Recommend.

AMAZING Park City getaway

This place is perfect. Start to finish, great experience. The place is sparkling clean, super comfy, and well appointed. You are close to EVERYTHING you want to do or places to eat. The neighborhood is lovely. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed to get in and settled easy. Check out was a breeze. We loved staying here, can't recommend enough.

We love Park City

Three King's condo was very nice. Everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Lovely patio deck with umbrella. The beds were comfortable, always a plus! The only con was the trip up and down steps to get to the car in the garage, no convenient place to load and unload luggage and other belongings. We enoyed our walks in the neighborhood and surrounding area . We didn't use the pool but it was heated and a lovely area. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Nice unit, great location

We always stay at Three Kings properties when we come to PC given the great location and peaceful setting. This unit is updated, nicely furnished, and has everything you’d need for a great stay. Unfortunately the roof was replaced starting on second day of our stay (seriously loud) but the property manager with Elevation Lodges immediately moved us to another unit. He was prompt and professional which was helpful given the inconvenience for us.

Perfect location for us!

This property was a perfect location for us as we are golfers. The deck was located on a greenbelt, plus it overlooked the golf course. Easy access to bus services and or a nice walk. The property management company was outstanding and very helpful.

Location! Location! Location Well equipped. It is a 1 bedroom with an open loft. Best for parents with kids. The lights or TV will affect the loft. Super accommodating with early checkin. Hot tip - walk down to Silver star and ride the elevator up to lift. Nice pool and hot tub across the street. Indoor parking.

The location was excellent. We were very close to ski lifts, Main Street and shopping. The property managers were very responsive. There were several issues regarding the maintenance. For example, the sink in the main bathroom drained very slowly. There was not enough seating for six adults in the living area. And the area rug in the living room was so small that no one could even sit or lay on the floor if they wanted to. The microwave kept tripping the breaker. The tea kettle needed to be replaced. These are mini small things but just an investment of a few hundred dollars could make a big difference in the property.

Great meeting place.

It is a lovely 1 bed and open loft bedroom with two queens. It has only one private space for sleep. For remote work and TV viewing, it needs enclosing the upper space and no one ought to book that without clear communication on this point. The clubhouse and the amenities are lovely. We enjoyed our stay. The grounds and the efforts for our bags, were excellent.

Perfect escape from the heat!

We rented this condo to spend time in nature with our small dogs, in gorgeous weather. This location was perfect, central to everything. The condo had a loft bedroom & bathroom upstairs & master downstairs. Perfect for sharing with a friend. The only minor inconvenience is that since no door or enclosed wall on loft, any noise downstairs was very loud, almost like the sound carried straight upstairs, making it difficult to rest different hours. There was not even 1 day of coffee provided. Strange as even cheapest hotels I’ve stayed provide this. To make trip more enjoyable, be sure to pack coffee for your first morning, & your own “usuable” frying pan (we used a lot of time/energy scrubbing their poor quality pan until finally giving up on cooking there at all). We also bought toilet paper as the one provided was like sand paper. Other than these things, this was a fantastic spot. We are grateful we got to go. What a lovely neighborhood. Gorgeous.

Only negative was the freezer and refrigerator smelled like dead fish. Unable to use freezer and the food in the refrigerator pick up the dead fish smells resulting in discarding of much of groceries.

Great stay!

Our family of four, including two teenagers, had a great time in Park City. The proximity to the mountain was good- about a five minute walk to the Eagle lift we took each day. The unit itself was well furnished, and we were able to cook two big meals there. The unit had all the staples, including things like plastic wrap and aluminum foil. We also appreciated the Smart TV and cable, which helped provide some down time after a long day on the mountain. Check in and out was easy, and the communication process was great. The only issue we had was that the downstairs bathroom def had some issues with cleanliness. The shower and toilet were clean, but the baseboards were in need of dusting with a lot of built up hair and dust. This was very minor though b/c everything else in the unit was clean. Again- we had a great time, and the unit was plenty big for our family of four. Thanks for a great stay!

Great rental for families!

My family stayed at this rental over Thanksgiving weekend 2020. I was very impressed by how big the rental felt given the square footage. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of cookware and the unit was extremely clean. Our favorite part was the wide open areas surrounding the unit which made for tons of snow fun for my kids and dog. You are at the most 2 minutes from the Park City resort, which when you have children who forget helmets or need lunch breaks, is imperative for success. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect and will definitely return!

The location to the Main Street and Park City Ski Resort were absolutely perfect!!! We couldn't have gotten closer! We loved the views from this rental - right on the golf course! So pretty and made for excellent walks in the morning and evening with our little dog. The rental itself was clean and appropriately supplied with everything we could have possibly needed! They even had a case of bottled water for us on arrival since we were checking in at midnight. Very nice! The company responded to all of my questions like -where is the nearest sledding hill and etc. They were very attended to all of our needs!! The price was incredible for what we got and we will absolutely stay here again!!

Luxurious and comfortable condo close to the slopes

So much more beautiful than your typical rental condo and close to everything! Furnishings are stylish and comfortable and the management team is highly responsive, professional, and friendly to deal with. Was able to bring my dogs which made all the difference. This will be my go-to place to rent in the future. Great stay!!
