Spectacular Townhouse Deer Valley

This is a must see, 3000 sq. ft. townhouse in Lower Deer Valley, within walking distance from the Snow Park Lodge and less than a mile from Park City Main Street. Enjoy the wonderful skiing and return to a magnificent home from home to finish your day.

This wonderful townhouse is on 3 floors. The main floor has a large well stocked kitchen with high end appliances, a dining and bar area, and a cozy living area by the fire, with 50" flatscreen TV. Upstairs, there are 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms decorated in chic mountain style, all with newly renovated ensuite bathrooms. 2 are King and the 3rd has two twin beds. The 4th bedroom is on the main floor, and has two twin XL bunk beds. as well as a newly renovated ensuite bathroom. The ground floor has a double garage and mud room area, with boot heaters and ample pegs and lockers to store equipment safely.
This house is perfect for a larger group of adults, two families or one large family.
It's proximity to Deer Valley skiing is amazing. Within a couple of hundred yards, you are at the SnowPark Lodge, and if that even seems too far to walk, there is a bus that will take you there.
Proximity to Park City is also great. The condo is less than a mile from the Park City Main Street and 5-10 mins on the bus from Park City resort. All the options are there, you just need the time to try them all out!!!

The entire house is available for the enjoyment of our guests.

Before check in you will receive a letter with all the details for getting to 46 Potters Lane and how to access the keys etc. There are no lengthy trips to agencies etc, you can arrive at any time after check-in and let yourself in. I will also provide you with a ton of information on preferred taxis, ski rental companies, things to do in town etc.

'In the Trees' is a touch of paradise at the base of Deer Valley Resort. It is so close that you can easily walk to the slopes, yet it is tucked away off the main road and away from the bustle. The back yard is a gem, with the private hot tub nestled into the aspen trees and no other buildings in sight.

The property is walking distance to Deer Valley Resort.

For the summer, the house is naturally east facing, so will get morning sunshine, then be shaded for the rest of the day, keeping it naturally cooler. In the evenings, the mountain air typically cools down and if allowed to blow through the house will make sure it is cool and ready for the morning. There are fans provided for the bedrooms, and ceiling fans in the master and the living room.

At the bottom of the road is the free Park City Transit bus, that takes you either to Deer Valley or Park City.

The host was wonderful. She was very responsive and welcoming. We were fortunately able to get in a little early which was very helpful for our group's schedule. The property was beautiful. It is well decorated and a few minute walk to the base. The mountain has free parking and an open drop off. The kitchen was great for cooking and feeding 6 adults. The beds were comfortable. Awesome Place

We come to Deer Valley every year for a guys annual ski trip. The house was perfect for us! It is walking distance to Deer Valley and fully equipped. The rooms are very large and had plenty of room for 5 of us. The hot tub on the side of the mountain out back was amazing! we also loved the large two car garage to pull in and have room for all our ski stuff and easy into the house. We will be back for sure! The communication was great and had no issues during our stay. Thank you for an awesome week!

Great rental for skiing

Susie made the process very easy and we ordered groceries in advance. The unit was perfect for families and the bedrooms are well laid out and each with the own bathroom. We walked to the mountain (9 min walk to Snowpark Lodge), used the shuttle or bus. We left skis and boots at the base overnight. We took Uber to town and did not rent a car for our visit. Would consider again in the future.

Annual girls trip

This is our second year at this lovely property. It’s secluded and quiet but very close to Park City. There’s a bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. We had a minor issue upon arrival and Susie was there quickly to completely resolve it. The hot tub worked great and was especially welcomed due to the snap of cool weather. We’ll be back.

Blissful Mountain Getaway

My family of five stayed here for five nights, and it was a truly fantastic vacation! The townhome is exceptional - clean from top to bottom, and a well appointed kitchen, everything we needed for our entire stay making dinners and breakfasts daily. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, board games to play, extra blankets for watching tv in the evenings, and the hot tub was perfect at the end of days of skiing. The proximity to both deer valley and park city is amazing, with a shuttle stop so close to the home we never had to drive anywhere. We enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to come back!

A five day oasis!!

Just turning onto Potter Lane always makes our group deliriously happy! And #46 was a continued delight. The four BRs are big and the beds are all so comfortable. Lots of pillows and extra blankets abound, if you so desire. After a day at the slopes, it was lovely to sink into the steamy hot tub. A large basket of extra-large towels is at the ready as you step out. In the morning, the birds are twittering as you make a cup of hot coffee - lots of beans or K-cups were ready to go. The place is decorated w/a nod to cabins and deer and all of the chairs and couches made you just want to get cozy and play cards/games. Of course, there is ample room for all of the boasting and bragging rights regarding the day's runs. Using Deer Valley Direct makes getting there super easy. This place is so close that we walked to and from the hill on several days. From Susie's initial email to her closing one at check-out allows you to feel the care she has for each and every guest, and the care she entrusts in you as you enjoy her lovely, well-appointed place. What a treasure!

Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful stay! The beds are comfortable and made up with good linens. The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped which was particularly important as we had our Thanksgiving dinner there and we love to cook. The table is not the same one shown on the listing but is a much better, square one that accommodates 8-10 people comfortably. This is a great place for larger groups and families.

Susie was just wonderful with the booking and details. The home was in a very convenient location to ski lifts/base lodge- definitely walkable. The accommodations were very comfortable, and we really loved the privacy of the hot tub after a long day skiing. We also appreciated a well stocked kitchen with all essentials!
