Stunning Townhome Gem in Lower Deer Valley

Nestled into the base of Lower Deer Valley with 270 degree lake and mountain views, yet minutes from the Snow Park Lodge, this 1310 sq. ft., Queen Esther Townhome is a dream come true. With a private entrance and mud room it boasts 2 beautifully appointed master suites, a full kitchen and a stunning great room with cozy fire and views that you won't believe till you experience. You would be forgiven for wanting to spend all day enjoying the home, however access to skiing and Deer Valley activities couldn't be more convenient. The free city shuttle to Snow Park Lodge stops 400 yds away and runs several times an hour, taking a couple of minutes and dropping you right at the base of the lifts. Here you can valet your equipment for free, allowing for easy access to and from the house each day for everyone in the family, young and old.

The townhome is on 2 levels, with a private entrance either through the double garage, or the heated mudroom, where outdoor gear has a place to stay! Enter into the house and prepare to gasp at the stunning views from the Great Room and Den. Looking out over a private lake, surrounded by the Deer Valley mountains, you would be forgiven for forgetting you are in the heart of a resort.

Upstairs, there are two master suites, both with kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms and one with a private balcony that looks towards the ski runs and the other with a built in desk space that creates an instant home office if required. A washer dryer is conveniently located in the hall between the rooms.

Sitting just above the main great room area, is a cozy dining / work space, with seats for 4 and an extra couple seats when needed. The view from here would cause many workers to daydream, but will surely also be the site of many fun evening dinners and games nights too.

Finally, the heart of the condo is for sure the great room with the cozy, instant gas fire, amazing views and beautiful furnishings. Gather around for a meal / games with friends, or relax together, enjoying this wonderful space. The large sectional sofa folds out to provide a high quality queen sleeper sofa for a couple more weary heads.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen, with a breakfast bar and separate dining table, is large and functional and will easily cater for 6, ensuring that you never need to set foot out of the house, unless you want to!

The condo is situated 3/4 mile from the Snow Park Lodge and 1.5 miles from Park City's infamous Main Street. The free city shuttle bus runs frequently all around town and stops 400yds from the condo front door. The double garage ensures that if you do bring a vehicle, you have no parking woes, or powder day panics on discovery of a buried vehicle!

Wonderful Stay in Park City – Perfect for Deer Valley Access!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—just minutes from Deer Valley with easy access to shuttles and buses, making getting to the slope and town a breeze. The condo was well designed with thoughtful touches throughout, and it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had plenty of space to relax after skiing. And we loved seeing all the wildlife wander by the back patio door. Having garage access was a plus, especially for our over-sized rental. Overall, this was a wonderful home-away-from-home in Park City, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Deer Valley Gem

We absolutely loved our stay in this townhome. It was close enough to get to everything we needed through Uber in a few minutes. It’s so close to Deer Valley for skiing and not far from Park City. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms were plenty large, nice, and clean. The stunner of the entire property is the view out of the living room! It’s so peaceful!! I fell asleep on the couch looking at the view of lit up Christmas trees and snow with a fire going in the fire place. (Which was super easy
 push of a button.) I also enjoyed the stained glass window in the bedroom and the door that opened to the little balcony. It’s so cozy! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Susie was a great host. Checkout was easy. And she was kind enough to work with us arriving early and having nowhere for our bags. The absolute only con would be that there’s not any shades at all on the windows in the living room, so none of my children felt comfortable sleeping down there. I fell asleep down there and felt a bit unsettled myself without a curtain or shade. So maybe something to consider when counting beds at this property. Other than that, we loved it!

Beautiful place, very convenient to DV and PC

The home was full of character but immaculately maintained, modern, and clean. Views are gorgeous. It's only an easy walk to the main lodge at Deer Valley, but we found driving even more convenient given DV's friendly parking rules. Walkable or a short drive/bus to downtown Park City as well. Location was just about perfect as a base. Comfortable beds and the host was very responsive and thorough. Fabulous stay.

Beautiful location! Met all of our expectations.

The description of the property was perfect. Very clean, updated furnishings and beautiful views. The location is very close to Deer Valley and Main Street. We rented a car but if you didn’t want one, transportation is easy to walk to down the street. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic place!

Perfect Deer Valley place

The place was outstanding top to bottom! One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever been in. Sitting by the fireplace after a day of skiing with the views out to the large windows was perfect. Bedrooms upstairs super comfortable, the balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the ski area perfect for a post ski cocktail. We will stay here again. Super close to Deer Valley and the parking lot. Easy in and out.

Great Vacation Rental

Property has a great location for not being ski in/ski out. It's located 2 minutes from Snow Park Lodge. You can see the ski lifts from the Master BR. Neighborhood is quiet. Condo has an ideal floorplan for 2 BRs - we were 2 adults + 2 kids (shared bedroom). Would also work great for 2 couples (both bedrooms are roughly equal in size with King beds). Well appointed, cozy, and clean. Ideal vacation stay!

Perfect Deer Valley Retreat! Great for two couples!

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse! The location is perfect with super close proximity to Deer Valley Mountain and Main St. My fiancĂ© and I traveled with another couple, so this house was perfect for us with it’s two bedrooms, both with king beds, and private baths with double sinks. It was also nice to have a garage for our rental car. Seamless check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, clean townhouse. Very close to Park City bus stop and easy access to Deer Valley. The beds are very comfortable, and make it difficult to get up for first tracks.

Excellent condo in Deer Valley

Four of us had a wonderful time at this property. It was spotlessly clean, had most of what we needed in the kitchen (a larger pan for cooking breakfast would have been a plus), was perfectly located within 2 minutes walk of the shuttle to Deer Valley resort, which was just another 2 minutes up the road, was quiet and the beds were fabulously comfortable. You'll love it.

Ideal Deer Valley Townhouse

Townhouse was fantastic. The location was perfect. Situated within walking distance of base of mountain and shuttle bus. Property was clean and cosy. Nice amenities all set for weekend. Nice to walk in and unpack and immediately be able to unwind and relax. Loved the layout. Bedrooms upstairs and general living area and kitchen down stairs.. The bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths nicely decorated and welcoming. Loved this place !
