Perfect location and accommodations

Great place

Stayed here with friends for a ski trip. It was super comfortable and a great location - very easy to access both bases via free public bus (about 2 min walk from condo). The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint was a few things need maintenance (closet door falling off, hole in ceiling that was damp).

Great stay!

The condo is conveniently located near the mountain. It was a short eight minute walk to the lift, and very close to ski rentals in the market. The house has everything you need a cozy living room and three separate bedrooms. We would definitely go back.

Extremely convenient location

I selected the condo because of its location. It is a short walk to Fresh Market grocery store, The Ray Theater, the library, and buses to all over town. In addition the condo was clean and the hosts were responsive when we had questions.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this very conveniently located property. We normally stay within this property’s condos. It is located right across the pool and a hot tub, and has a loft which is extremely convenient if you have 2 families with kids enjoying the slopes. We would come back!

Spring break 2023

We enjoyed our stay here. It was big enough for all 6 of us to spread out and have our own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook everyday. Getting to the shuttle to Main Street was easy and convenient. Since we stored all of our ski equipment at the mountain, we also walked to the slopes each day. We didn’t have to use our car once we arrived in town!

Great place in Park Avenue condos

Perfect for our family of 5 for a great ski week. Very well stocked so check before you shop. Easy walk to grocery and resort. Only 50’ walk to the hot tubs and heated pool. Loved the gas fireplace and washer dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient

This property was amazing (location and amenities). Location- It was walking distance for snowboarders and a quick bus ride for those in ski boots. The grocery store was right across the street and it was easy to get into park city by bus. Amenities- The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the heated pool/ hot tub was right across the condo street. Thank you for the nice family vacation! We recommend this place for families.

Decent location but you can do better

The property itself is fine - decent location, possible to ski/walk to the mountain (about 10-15min), fine rooms, but the owner is a poor communicator. They did not reach out to me proactively with checkin instructions, and just replied to the bare minimum of my questions the day of checkin, which resulted in some confusion when we got there at midnight but we figured it out. They were also completely inflexible on checkout time (which is 10am by the way, earlier than any reputable alternative I have seen), which was disappointing considering we paid 2-3x the price for Sundance weekend, which ended up being cancelled so it was just a regular weekend. There also is not enough shampoo/conditioner/body wash (and what is there is the stuff you get at a crappy motel) so we had to buy some. Overall it was fine but you can do better.

Very clean and homey apartment 10 minute walk from resort and Downtown Park City

Me and my 4 friends really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect: 2 minute walk from the grocery store, 10-minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort, and 15 minute walk from Downtown Park City (Main Street). Bus stop/shuttle is right in front of the unit too, which was very convenient when we had all of our snowboard/ski gear on and didn't want to walk to the resort. Place was super clean and had plenty of room for 5 people. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to do an extended ski vacation to Park City!

Good Place - Some Suggestions

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay - roomy, warm, comfortable, terrific access to Park City and amenities. Very comfortable bedrooms, beds, linens, etc. The one area we would expect more for the price is the kitchen - utensils were old and hard to tell if clean, coffee maker was not working (but Starbucks a short walk away!), stove top only partially worked. But on the whole, met our needs and we are comfortable.

A very clean, nicely furnished property in a great location.

We loved this property, which was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas were spacious. It was a hotel type experience with no issues on arrival. The location is very good -- a longish walk to the PC lifts, with a very nicely maintained pool area immediately across the driveway. The grocery is very close. It is perfect for a Park City of Deer Valley ski vacation. Downtown PC is a very short drive, and we found it easy to park even in prime ski season. Management quickly responded to one problem we had where we accidentally locked a door that should not have been locked. Thank you.

Great unit for big group close to it all

Everything worked out for a solid Park City experience. Location across from grocery store and Walgreens a big plus. Bus to and from old town and resort was super easy and hot tub and pool a few steps away delighted kids and adults alike. We packed 8 in no problem. Only recommendations for owner is keep grill available buy not letting it get buried and buy a sound bar for the main TV, $200 would seriously enhance movie night after skiing and a soak. I write this on every review! Thanks for a great time!
